Our group had a great stay. The kitchen is well stocked, lots of bed options, 3 nice bathrooms. As listed, planes are loud and it’s very hot during the day without air conditioning. I don’t think that would be the case all the time, it was this week. We loved being right next to a nice beach area and were thankful for the large common area to congregate.

The house is very clean and beautiful. It is noisy with the airplanes flying over , the check in.out instructions are extensive to read. The area is decent, walking distance to a few restaurants and stores.

House was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Description and pictures were accurate. Beach was a 5 minute walk from the house. Plenty of beach towel, toys, chairs, ice chest and wagon to carry it all. Came in very useful. The host was very helpful, all instructions were easy to follow. Thanks again, for making are vacation easy and enjoyable.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Ocean Beach property. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location is excellent—close to the beach, local shops, and restaurants—yet still quiet and relaxing. The kitchen and dining area were superb for preparing meals for our large family group, with table space to seat us all! A lot of time was spent outside in the front yard, which was the perfect size for the two little ones to play while adults watched in comfort.

Nice sized place in a great, quiet neighborhood in Ocean Beach. Nice bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. Small courtyard in front to enjoy the sun and bbq if you want. A group of four us in town for a conference at the SD Convention center stayed here vs Gas Lamp district. Could easily fit many more if you want. So many nice local places to eat, drink and enjoy the beach. Easy Uber ride to the Convention Ctr. As notified by the host, this is on the flight path out of SD airport but planes don't start until 6/630 in the morning. None of us had any troubles with this. Close to a public beach and Dog Beach is always a fun place to dog and people watch. Would recommend!
