Centrally located 3 bedroom, one bath retreat near the crystal blue waters of Higgins Lake. One block from the lake and conveniently located for easy access to all that the area has to offer. Plenty of parking onsite for trailers if you’re bringing a boat. Close to many boat launch options. Owner may need to access other buildings on the property occasionally during your stay.

King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds with trundles in the adorable kids room.

Newly renovated with mini splits added for those hot summer days. Large deck and fire pit.

Excellent stay! Everything was exactly as described, the property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Douglas was a great host and communication was easy and smooth. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended — 5 stars!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and living space. Although the property doesn’t look great from the street, don’t let it fool you. It’s a beautiful cottage with a spacious backyard and amenities. The host was responsive to requests and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The cottage was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The three bedrooms gave everyone plenty of room, and having a washer and dryer was a huge convenience. The split AC worked great and we were there during days with a 110 heat index.We especially enjoyed the large dining area, where we shared meals, played games, and even completed a puzzle together. The backyard fire pit was the perfect place to relax in the evenings. Overall, it was a comfortable, welcoming place to stay and made for a great getaway. We highly recommend it!
