This stunning cottage sits right on the shores of beautiful Higgins Lake w/ 61' of pristine, sandy beachfront & 152-ft dock perfect for fishing, swimming, or docking a boat (fees apply). Comfortably sleeps 11 guests, w/ room for extra blow-up mattresses. (Camper for rent if more space needed). Fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 baths, three TVs, central air, Wi-Fi, a game closet, laundry, a generator, gorgeous stone fireplace, tons of windows. Lots of parking & outdoor enjoyment areas...
