Great place. Perfect view of sunrise and sunset, swimming and Great café and pizza near by. Very quite and peaceful, beds are very comfortable. I will definitely be renting this again with my family.

Perfect Getaway

Loved the house. It had plenty of space for our family. Kitchen was well stocked. The boat dock was a huge plus and we rented a pontoon for the week. Would definitely stay again.

In LOVE!!!

We stayed in this home to wrap up our summer before the kiddos headed back to school. We invited my parents along so had three generations together for the week. The house was fully stocked, very clean and comfortable!! Everything was new or like-new. The kids LOVED the upstairs space, with its own bathroom, while the adults enjoyed the downstairs space. We each had a private bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The lake is AMAZING!! We've stayed on Higgins before and have all decided it is our absolute favorite!!! The water is super clear, sandy and shallow a good distance out. The kids voted to come back to this exact house next summer...but we need to stay for more than 5 days:)!! If you're thinking about this area, pick this house!! It was spectacular!!! BEST VACATION EVER!! And...the owner/management company was great to work with!! Very responsive, check-in and out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed the s'mores welcome kit and nice little bag with welcome gift. Very impressed!!!

Wonderful property! Check in was smooth and easy. Once inside, we had plenty of space to spread out (in the AC during a heat wave!) when we were inside, and the buoy was in a perfect location for anchoring our boat during our entire stay. The property had everything we needed, even providing beach towels. We hope to be back soon.
