The home located on a quiet cul de sac comfortably sleeps 12 to 14 guests across five sleeping areas, featuring two king bedrooms, one bedroom with two queen beds, one bedroom with one0 full bed and one queen bed, and an additional space with a daybed. With four full bathrooms, including one on the first floor and three upstairs, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The primary suite offers a spa-like feel with a whirlpool tub and rain shower head, while the remaining bathrooms feature tub and shower enclosures with handheld shower heads.

Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart. Damage related to pets is not covered un the waiver.
