We enjoyed our stay and would stay again for sure! Just a short walk to the beach that is not overcrowded like orange beach. The house was perfect for all 7 of us and our dog. The kids and adults loved the arcade games upstairs and the pool was great for nights when we were finished at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and had a great table for us all to enjoy food and games. We will be back again!

The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was heavenly for relaxing after a day at the beach. Communication with Duane was very easy. I would definitely rent this property again.

Clean rooms and nice location. Watched dolphins from the deck outside kitchen area our last morning. Beds comfy and grandkids loved the upstairs area. Worked great for our group of 10. Duane is very resposwirh any questions. Highly recommend

This was a great property for our family. The location is to die for! Beautiful views from both the front and back porches. Literally saw dolphins swim by! Super easy walk to the beach. No big dunes to hike up, The road just dead ends at the beach! No crowds this end of the island (and less traffic on Ft Morgan road)Duane was quick to respond to my questions. The pool gave us a nice break and opportunities for night swims. Comfortable furnishings and my kids enjoyed the game room.

This house was the PERFECT house! Size, location and a pool! Three bedrooms on the main level, one a master. The upstairs has two bunk beds and its own full bathroom. Literally anything you could possibly need. Beach supplies, pool supplies, plenty of outdoor seating on the decks and around the pool, any kitchen items you might need. Duane, the host was awesome to work with! He made everything so simple and was the sweetest! Answered any question we had leading up to the trip and while on our stay quickly. We had a family of 6 (mom, dad and 4 kids, 17, 15, 14, 10) and our in-laws, and two dogs. More than enough room!! We will definitely be booking here again on our next trip to Gulf Shores!

The house is nice and in a great location. We were not crazy about getting there at arrival time and someone still being there cleaning. Then they told us they had to take the comforter from one of the beds and would not be able to bring a new one till the next day. The couple sleeping in that bed had to use the twin comforters. We were also very disappointed that we were not told the heated pool was broken. It was one of the reasons we chose this place. Coming in early may we new it would still be chilly and with an 7 month old we wanted the water warm. There are also two rails missing on 2 of the decks. Making it unsafe for small children or dogs. The toilet in the mastwr bedroom bathroom also takes a very long time to stop running making you unable to flush again for a long time. Two of the beds are also pretty hard. We did enjoy the arcade games. Loved the beach views and all the tables to eat outside. The place was plenty big enough for the 6 adults and one baby. Many of the homes around were empty so it was peaceful with a very easy walk to the beach. The owner just for the place and probably doesn't know about many of the issues. He had great communication when we reached out. If the pool heater and toilet were fixed and the porches were fixed we would stay again.

Thank you for your candid review and glad you enjoyed the views, outdoor dining and newly installed arcade games. You were the first guest after a property owner change, and you are correct in that the new owner was not aware of some of the issues with the property. Thanks for bringing them to their attention. The missing two handrails have already been replaced. The pool heater was inspected and needs a new main board, which is scheduled to be replaced tomorrow, which should fix it. And a plumber is scheduled to address the slow filling MB toilet. Again we apologize for these issues during your stay and look forward to hosting you again.

The Beach House with Pool was so amazing for us, kids and grandkids. Very relaxing in the Living Room, out back by the pool and several areas of the raised decks. The Beach is steps away to enjoy the day in the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet with no loud parties. Comfortably fit for 10 people. Plenty of hot water for everyone to take showers. Washer and Dryer were awesome drying towels after a swim in the pool. The kids loved the Arcade upstairs. Enjoyed the two types of coffee makers to meet everyone's needs. Owner responded to messages within minutes and bent over backwards to please our family! Thank you so much. We can't wait to be back, soon!
