PLEASE NOTE • Check-in time 4:00pm | Check-out time 10:00am • Minimum age requirement is 25 to rent this property • Special events or larger gatherings are NOT permitted. • Extra person charge of $25/night applies for more than 6 guests. • Pets are NOT permitted • This is a NON-SMOKING property. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited. Disregarding this rule may result in a fine. • Quiet hours are from 10:00pm -8:00am daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. • The primary guest is responsible for all occupants and visitors during the stay. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. No unregistered overnight guests. • Keep property clean. • Illegal drugs, hazardous materials, and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited. • Candles or fire pits are not permitted on the property. • Appliances should only be used for their intended purpose. • Keep doors and windows closed during inclement weather. • Please report any maintenance or pest concerns promptly. • Do not remove towels, linens, or other property items from the home. • Please keep all shoes either by the front or garage doors or in the garage. • Guests are responsible for any damage, fines, or violations caused by themselves or their visitors during their stay. Owner shall not be held liable including but not limited to: bodily injury, property damage caused in whole or in part by negligence of guest, accidents, injuries, illness, loss, theft or mysterious disappearance of personal belongings, damage to vehicles. • Guests agrees to use the property and it's amenities at their own risk. • Park only in designated areas. No parking in grass, landscaping or on neighboring property. • Guests are to comply with all local, county, state and federal fire restrictions in effect during their stay. • For the safety and security of the guests & property, the exterior is on surveillance 24/7 • Additional cleaning fee may apply for excessive cleaning or laundry. • Additional cleaning is required for stays 14 days or longer. Fee may vary. • Guests agree to follow all local trash and recycling requirements, if your stay falls on collection day (Wednesday) all recycling containers are to be placed in front of mailbox that morning. Host will notify guest if this applies to them. • Snow & Ice Removal: Owner will engage its contractors to remove snow and ice at the first opportunity available following significant snowfall. Guests are responsible for clearing snow and ice from personal vehicles during their stay. Please use caution during winter weather conditions as it may cause slippery surfaces. • A drip coffee maker is provided, guest are expected to supply their own coffee grounds. • Limited stock of basic guest supplies is provided.
