Great location to get to everything! Very cute and great layout for four guests. Outdoor space was fun with access to a grill which was a positive. Only update would be curtains in addition to the blinds in the main bedroom to block the light from the motion sensor light facing the road.

Great localized place, everything was nearby or short drive. Very comfortable place to chill after long day of hiking and walking.

The house was an okay place to stay. It had the essentials. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to use. The river views were not as picturesque as we had thought they'd be. The trees and over grown bushes blocked a lot of the view. The deck was covered in sap from all the trees so was had to enjoy. We had several pairs of shorts and up with sap on the butts bc we tried to sit on the chairs. The traffic noise drowned out the sound of the river.The first line was " clean and sanitized" in all caps so we were expecting a prestine house but found the stove to be covered in food grease and the remote sticky. The main surfaces were wiped down but the corners and low traffic areas were dirty. The kitchen sink had a dirty sponge to clean with and no dish cloth. Over all the place was fine but could use a really good clean and some updating.

Roaring fork fish trip

quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown, sat on deck and watched eagles fly by at eye level and fishing rafts float by.

Great place right on river, close to downtown

Really appreciated the owner helping us out during a very sudden and serious medical issue with one of our friends during our stay. Great home, wish we could have had more time to enjoy it.

Nice place

The house was nice, really comfortable beds. The negative was the parking space that we had to back down into every day. The area was nice with a nice walking path. We played golf and it was easy to drive to several places. Would consider staying again.

Lovely stay by the river

We (three adults) enjoyed our stay at this rental. The living area and the terrace are nice and large, and the location is close to downtown. The master bedroom is also large, the other two less so but still comfortable. The parking arrangements are somewhat interesting, with guests having to back down a relatively steep driveway.

Beautiful stay in Glenwood Springs!

Four of us enjoyed a fantastic week in Glenwood Springs, enhanced by our stay here. The location cannot be beaten for a 'drive out' vacation, with easy access to Aspen, Breckenridge, Vail, and surrounding areas. Coming back to this relaxing home with its serene riverside decks was the perfect way to spend our downtime! The hosts are super responsive and accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would happily stay here on our next trip!

Great stay!

The only thing that I was unhappy about was that the guest bathroom shower knob was broken. Everything else about the home was perfect. Very beautiful and great view of the river and mountains! I will definitely stay again.

Beautiful view

The property had a beautiful view. Fully stocked kitchen and a relaxing soaking tub. Not a lot of places for dogs to do their business but we took them on walks and found an area.

Great place to relax and watch the river go by!

We loved this place and can't wait to go back. It's in a great location. It's close to everything. It was so nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the river. They have WiFi and Xfinity TV which is easy to use. So many places we stay you need a college degree to figure out how to use the TV.

Great spot with views of the river

The house was in a good location with views overlooking the river. I wish the weather had been warmer so we could enjoy the deck more. Everything was clean and well stocked with the necessities to make our visit comfortable. Backing down the steep driveway into the parking spot might be a challenge for some drivers who are less confident in their driving skills especially if it is icy. The owners were responsive when we had a question. Our only minor complaint is that the hot water heater only seemed to have enough capacity to fill the big soaker tub halfway, preventing full enjoyment of soaking in the tub after a day of adventures.

The property setting is very beautiful. It quiet, secluded and enjoyable. Pretty much everything you needed was available. Internet was available. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house and location!

We loved our stay at this VRBO. So clean and the desk was incredible. You can go on a long walk by the river and hiking is minuites away. Everything is so close. Glenwood Springs is an amazing city. Hosts were wonderful!

My property sits above the Roaring Fork River and is absolutely a beautiful place during all 4 seasons of the year. We have gold medal fishing just steps out the door. My house is within GWS city limits although you have the feel of being outside of town and definitely in the mountains.
