If you are looking to be in downtown Glenwood Springs but want a little elbow room, this modern home is located in the downtown area but is on a large lot with a fenced yard. It is walking distance to everything including downtown, the grocery store, train station, the Hot Springs pool, the Rio Grande Trail and is a block from the Doc Holiday trail head. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath two story home is fully equipped for your extended stay or just a weekend jaunt from the city. The backyard is set up to enjoy your evenings outside on the patio.

The first floor offers a living room, dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a great kitchen with a bar. The downstairs is a walkout basement with another living space, Smart TV, laundry room, a bathroom and two bedrooms.

If you are headed to Glenwood Springs chances are that you already know all the awesome stuff this little town has to offer including (but not limited to), Gold Medal trout fishing, fishing, rafting, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, hot springs, Glenwood Adventure Park, vapor caves, disc golf, golfing, shopping and, or course, skiing.

Great place to book for vacation in Glenwood Springs!! Wonderful location as it’s an easy walk to restaurants and shops. There were 6 of us and there was more than enough room. The house also came with an abundance of towels, all the toiletries you need for a comfortable stay. I had a question for the host and we were called back within 2 min of leaving a message. I’d highly recommend booking here if you are visiting Glenwood Springs.

This home is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The house was extremely warm, and all but one of the AC remotes had dead batteries. We attempted to contact the host regarding the issue, but our calls went unanswered. It was apparent that neighboring properties closely monitor guests and report concerns to the hosts. Unfortunately, the information relayed did not accurately reflect what occurred during our stay, which resulted in accusations that we felt were unfair.Between the lack of response to a legitimate maintenance issue and the accusatory communication we received, the overall experience left us feeling unwelcome rather than like valued guests.
