Comfortable and convenient

  • 5 of 5

We had two adult couples and three teenagers in the house, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The two living areas were particularly nice because the teens could watch television downstairs, leaving the upstairs living space quieter. The kitchen was well-stocked with flatware, glasses, and dishes. The backyard was a favorite gathering place in the evening. I understand the air conditioning is a new addition, and it cooled the house beautifully. We were still able to turn it off at night and open the windows. The location of the house meant we could walk everywhere in town. The kids rode the bicycles to the Adventure Park. We went rafting, paragliding, hiking, swimming, visited Marble for a day, enjoyed the local Farmer's Market, and enjoyed just strolling around Glenwood. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic House!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful weekend in Glenwood and the house played a major role. The location, setup, AC, and cleanliness exceeded all of our expectations. We have all reserved our own hotel in the past for our annual trip so being together in this great house was a huge upgrade. The four couples, two kids, and infant fit with room to spare. Be sure to spend some time in the back yard!

Had a great time on our first trip to colorado

  • 5 of 5

Property was great and convenient to everything. There were 8 in our family and there was plenty of room for all of us. Pretty warm while we were there but if u follow their directions using the blinds and fans and cool the house off at night it is fine. A really great property, thanks for sharing with us and others.

Colorado Springs

Close to perfect!

  • 5 of 5

Our family so enjoyed this wonderful home! There is space for everyone, including a big back yard that our dogs enjoyed. The location is perfect for walking to the Hot Springs Pool, City Market, downtown, and ice cream. We also loved the closeness to the Doc Holiday Trail, which is beautiful early morning. Everything we needed was provided, and the amount of care that went into restoring this home is evident throughout. We hope to stay again and thank Tamra and Steve for sharing their beautiful home.

Great Accomadations!

  • 5 of 5

The house is very comfortable and super clean. A good supply of linens and kitchen items. We also used the grill. The owner had a lot of helpful information about the area. It was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed using the bikes, as the scenic bike path was just a few blocks away. Even though it was close to 90 degrees the week we stayed(first week of June), the patio lounge was under a big tree and it was an ideal gathering place for family or the perfect spot for an afternoon nap in the shade. We and our college age kids had a blast at the adventure park and enjoyed relaxing at the hot springs. We also did a half day white water rafting trip and hiked Hanging Lake. When pIanning our first family trip to Colorado I couldn't decide what part of the state to explore, but I am glad we chose Glennwood Springs. It is perfect for fun and adventure or just chillin, something for everyone. Plus the drive from Denver is quite stunning. Thanks for sharing your home with us! I highly recommend staying here.
