Town Neck Beach is a truly unique spot where you can enjoy warm, calm marsh waters perfect for kayaking and floating, or head to the bay side for cooler water and ocean breezes. The nearby boardwalk is perfect for scenic walks, or even a jump into the water.

Tucked into a quiet area near the bridge, this home allows for easy access on and off the Cape while avoiding heavy traffic, and it's not overly crowded, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway.

You will never get bored with close access to multiple beaches, bike trails, mini golf, ice cream, restaurants, boutique shopping, Sandwich Glass Museum, Heritage Museum and Gardens, local craft fairs, farmers markets, kayaking, boating, many historical sites such as the Grist Mill and Hoxie House, a fish hatchery and the iconic Sandwich boardwalk.
