Medbring familien og kom og udforsk hvad Kap har at byde på, og bestil hele dette 2-sengs 2-badehus til dit ophold. Dette hus er nyere, bygget i efteråret 2016 og har været meget velplejet, og jeg vil gerne dele det med dig!

Beliggenhed
Beliggende ved afkørsel 2 har det en fantastisk beliggenhed, da det ikke kun er Sagamore-broen til en hurtig afkørsel, men også til centrum af Sandwich samt Hyannis. 5 minutter fra en stor købmand og adskillige restauranter, der serverer lokal mad. Du har det dejlige ferskvandsspektakel Pond i slutningen af min vej med offentlig adgang, samt en 10 minutters kørsel til East Sandwich Beach og Town Neck Beach. Ejendommen ligger mindre end 20 minutter fra Hyannis samt 20 minutter fra Sagamore Bridge.

Dette er et hus med 2 soveværelser / 2 badeværelser med omkring 1900 kvadratmeter boligareal. Begge soveværelser er meget store med masser af skabsplads. Den åbne grundplan i hovedplanet omfatter en meget stor stue med en sovesofa og et opdateret køkken.

Property is great and very homey and comfortable. Everything is well cared for and went smoothly - this is the owner’s primary residence. We had a great time and would highly recommend. Location is great - we hadn’t stayed in Sandwich before and we really loved how quiet and quaint it is compared to other areas in the Cape. The beach near Seafood Sam’s in town was stunning and not so crowded.

What a wonderful place to stay! The house was clean, spacious, airy, and had everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable vacation. Great kitchen. Comfortable living room. Air conditioning was efficient and the house cooled quickly — a welcome reprieve from the July heat! Host was extremely responsive, professional, and organized, and clearly wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do! The neighborhood is so lovely, minutes away from town and a nice and easy walk to the lake. It was our daughter’s birthday and we played family games in the huge backyard next to a cozy fire pit. Highly recommend this place!

Great Location

Our family enjoyed our stay in Sandwich and exploring the Cape for the first time. The house was super clean, beds were comfortable and the living room was great for winding down after a busy day.

Perfect Location

My daughter, granddaughter and i thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed. It was only 8 minutes from my other daughter’s home in Marstons Mills. Wish the weather was a little better, but we still had a great time. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great rental. Michael was easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We will definitely reach out for future trips down to the Cape.

Fabulous central location for exploring Cape Cod.A real home from home .

The house was beautifully clean and well equipped . The central location meant we could fully explore all areas , and enjoy the local hospitality. I would highly recommend this property and its host to friends and family .its a 10 out of 10 from us.

Wedding Getaway

Fabulous Place

Unbelievable place to stay. Very clean, lots of room. Easy entrance. The owner was very gracious and a pleasure to speak with. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent Property

Michael was a great host, and his home was a great location for our golf trip. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us. Communication was excellent. Bummed the weather did t allow us to take advantage of the fire pit but overall had a great stay.

Chesney Concert Foxboro Stay

Nice 2 Bedroom Cottage with easy access to different Cape destinations. Great location if you are heading to concert at Gillette Stadium. Clean with large bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood with roads to walk or run if that is your thing. Host was very accommodating. Good communication. Have fun!!!

Splendid Stay in Sandwich

My family was attending a wedding in Plymouth and we chose Michael’s place to stay. As soon as we pulled up, we felt at home. The house was clean and organized. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, outdoor patio, big screen televisions, washer and dryer, and the two bedrooms. It was such a quiet and relaxing place to stay with grocery and restaurants close by. We were in a great location-close to so many things to see and do. My family and I all agreed that we would definitely stay there again!

Great stay on Cape Cod!

The house was well cared for, very clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. The local traffic in Sandwich was much lighter than other Cape Cod locations we have stayed making it easy to get round. Plenty of restaurants within a few miles. We enjoyed fishing at the pond in the neighborhood. Michael was a great host and kept in touch prior to and during our stay. The trip was the most relaxed weeks I have spent on the Cape. Spacious/comfortable stay

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and clean home. The home was perfect for 4 older daughters and us parents. We enjoyed the time together playing games and hanging out in the family room. The two rooms were extremely spacious! The neighborhood was quiet and the house was very clean. We would highly recommend renting from this owner.

Road Race Home Base

We needed a place to stay near Falmouth for the Road Race and we preferred a house to a hotel. This was close enough to make drop off easy without being in the middle of the choas! We have small children so the yard was great for them to run around in. The house had everything we needed and was clean! We definitely are keeping this house on our travel list as we travel north yearly. Thanks to the host for having such a simple booking and check-in/checkout process and for providing us with great local recommendations as well!!

A meticulously kept cottage!

I bet Michael runs a pretty tight ship and his house is no different - it was meticulously clean, well-stocked and accurately described! The beds were comfy, bathrooms sparkly clean, the sheets were okay and the outdoor space was wonderful! We especially appreciated having the use of the washer and dryer after a few days at the beach and fishing. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our adult son over a long holiday weekend, but I'm not sure it's a great place for little kids.

Family weekend getaway

Michael’s house is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The house is in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Unfortunately it rained most of the weekend, so we weren’t able to enjoy the backyard which had a nice seating area with a fire pit. The house was well stocked with a great kitchen and a really comfy living room. Michael is an excellent host - he responded very quickly to any questions we had. His restaurant recommendations were spot on as well. We had such a nice relaxing weekend- just wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Michael for such a nice stay!

Family vacation to visit family in Sandwich

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It still has new car smell. We chose the location due to how close it is to my family home in the same neighborhood who we were visiting for the first time since pre-pandemic. We could not have been happier with the condition of the home, the big yard, the fire pit. The HUGE tv’s, did I mention HUGE, my wife even said I think we need to buy a bigger TV when we get home after how big these TV’s are. Our son got to watch YouTube which is his thing. Each night we walked around the neighborhood and looked at Christmas lights. During the day all the neighbors would wave and say hi. We only used the toaster and Keurig and fridge but the kitchen was stocked with everything to cook and eat with. Michael was in touch with us before during and after the stay, always being helpful and checking in with us. He was a fantastic host and we would love to stay in his house again. We even discussed seeing if Michael would be interested in selling the house to us……..

Cape Cod Review

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience staying at this house in Sandwich, Mass from mid May to mid July 2023 due to my husband having a work assignment in the Cape! From the moment we stepped in, it was evident how clean and well-maintained the property is. The comfortable ambiance made it feel like a home away from home throughout our entire 2 month stay. The location was perfect for exploring all of the Cape, as it allowed easy access for day trips and various attractions. Having everything from grocery stores to shops and wonderful restaurants just a few minutes' drive away was incredibly convenient. The owner, Michael, was an absolute pleasure to work with and left many great suggestions like where to get the best lobster roll that were spot on. He was friendly, accessible, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, enabling me to work from home without any hassle. Evenings at the house were a highlight, with the beautiful fire pit in the back yard creating a cozy atmosphere for gathering and toasting marshmallows. The full kitchen was well-equipped, making it enjoyable to cook meals during our stay. All in all, we highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Sandwich, Mass whether it be a weekend getaway or an extended stay like ours. It truly made our visit an unforgettable one.

Beautiful home

We had the pleasure of staying at Michael’s beautiful home for four nights. Everything we could’ve needed and more provided for us. Comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room for our family of four. It was our first visit to the cape and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!
