The Space:

Welcome to Sandy Shores, a modern coastal retreat just steps from the sugar-white sands of Clearwater Beach. Designed for relaxed group getaways, this 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom home with 2 half baths offers nearly 3,400 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, complete with a resort-style pool with waterslide and spa, multiple outdoor living areas, and an expansive Gulf-view rooftop deck. From a ping pong table on the rooftop so you can play while enjoying the views of the beach, to a private club room for movies and games, the home offers built-in entertainment at every level. With breezy balconies, poolside lounging, and the beach just moments away, this home delivers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and elevated beach living.



Floor Plan Description (by level):



Ground Level:

The ground level welcomes you with a private entry foyer offering stair and elevator access to the floors above, along with two garages with covered parking for 2 vehicles and driveway parking for additional 2. Just steps from the beach, this level is centered around outdoor living and features a resort-style pool with a waterslide and attached spa, surrounded by lounge areas for relaxing in the sun or shade. You’ll find ample covered dining complemented by soft seating, and a hammock for laid-back afternoons. The outdoor setup includes a natural gas grill, a beverage fridge with ice maker, and cabinet storage, making poolside meals easy and convenient. This level also features 3 HDTVs which creates a fun and social space throughout the day and evening.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This main living level brings everyone together in a spacious open-concept layout. The chef's kitchen features double ovens, 2 dishwashers, generous prep space, and a large island with built-in banquette seating. The main dining table seats 14, giving the space plenty of room for the whole group to gather. A butler's pantry adds extra functionality with a sink, and additional storage. Sliding doors open to a balcony off the kitchen with outdoor bar top dining for 8. The living area offers soft seating, a media center (80"+ Smart TV w/ Surround Sound), making it easy to unwind after a day on the water. There are also two working stations in the living area. This level includes Bedrooms 2 and 3, both with king beds and en suite bathrooms, along with Bedroom 7 — a bunk room featuring 2 queen-over-queen beds and a private bathroom with shower/tub combination. A half bath and full laundry room with 2 stacked washers and dryers, countertop space, and a utility sink complete this floor.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

This level includes a club room set up for movie nights and downtime, featuring a a media center, shuffleboard table, wall games such as Scrabble, tic-tac-toe, and checkers, Nintendo Switch gaming console and a bar area with a beverage fridge with ice maker. Sliding doors open to a balcony with soft seating. Master Bedroom 1 is located on this level and features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a morning bar, freestanding tub, double vanity, walk-in shower and a built-in desk. Bedrooms 4, 5, and 6 are also on this floor, each offering a king bed and en suite bathroom, with Bedroom 4 additionally featuring a built-in desk and Bedroom 6 a shared balcony access with the club room and Gulf views.



Rooftop Deck:

The rooftop deck is a wide-open space with spectacular Gulf views and room for the whole group to spread out. Dining for 16, loungers, soft seating, ping pong table and corn hole set up make this one of the most versatile spots in the home. The built-in bar area — complete with an HD TV and storage cabinetry — makes cocktail hour effortless, whether you're hosting a casual meal or watching the sun sink into the Gulf.
