• Supplies: We provide a "starter pack" of paper products and soap. For large groups staying longer than a few days, we recommend a grocery run for extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
• Pool Heat: Solar heating is not available; electric pool heat is optional and extra fee. The pool heating fee is $200 + 13% tax
• Propane: Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank for the BBQ grill if it runs out.
• First Pet: Allowed for free.
• Additional Pets: Charged at $125 per pet + tax
