Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place needs a good “once over”! It is starting to fall apart. The sprinkler head in the front courtyard was broken and was spraying to the roof so hard we could hear it in the living room. The beds were not comfortable. It was also not as close to the beach as we thought and were very glad to have rented bikes. The management company was struggling to get our parking passes correct. Many thanks to the management helper, Dakota, who gave us his own set of sheet for the couch because the cleaning staff did not do it, although it was documented. He needs a raise!

Thanks for your review and comments so that we can notify the regime of the sprinkler head outside. The distance to the beach can just be in the direction that you go. It will take a little longer if you go the way of the road to the beach club. I believe you left your arrival packet at home that had your car passes enclosed so we ordered 2 more car passes for you to pick up at the Shipyard 278 gate on your arrival. I believe you went to the Pope Ave gate instead. Sorry that the person that order the passes for you didn't inform you that you needed to go to the other gate. I know that the guard let you in anyways until your parents picked up the passes. We hope you still had a nice time on Hilton Head.
