Great location and layout for our family trip. Sure, we wish the size of the pool was a bit larger, but we knew going into the trio this cocktail pool was a bit different size wise. That said, it was perfect for the kids to take a dip following a day at the beach. My only real hang up with the property was the cleanliness. Without a proper working vacuum it was a bit tough to keep the floors as clean as we would have liked. I too, would love to see this property again if/when some TLC takes place on the exterior landscaping. All that to say though, we would absolutely stay here again as the communication and stay process was great!

The location of the home was fantastic. We could walk to both the beach and shopping. The host provided plenty of towels and had places in front of the home and in back of the home to wash off all of our sandy beach gear. Plenty of space in the home and kitchen for a bigger family to enjoy.

Only 2 blocks from the ocean - and 4 blocks from downtown Coligny shops. It was a perfect set up for our 3 generation group of 11 - 2 of the bedrooms share 1 bathroom and the bunk room had its own bathroom also. Plus the master was beautifully decorated, had a chair to read in and an extremely comfortable king bed. The kitchen was well stocked, beach towels available and plenty of sitting areas both inside & outside. Would 100% stay here again!

Perfect location

Family HH stay near Coligny Circle

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a spotless home right when they said it would be available. Each room had comfortable beds. There were enough towels for everyone. There were comfortable living spaces and a round table to use for games If you wanted. There is a drip coffee maker with just enough filters for the week we were there. The appliances worked great. The pool though small served our purposes. The grounds people and pool service arrived with no intrusion. It was such a short walk to the beach as well as to Coligny Circle.

Great Location!

Close to Coligny, restaurants and beach. Very clean and lots of towels. Great outdoor area with pool. Perfect for small children. Property management very attentive and helpful. Great stay!!

Family Vacation

We had the best time at this house! It has everything you need there including many kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and enough towels for everyone in the house. We are definitely booking this house for next year!

HHI Family vacation

House was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2.5 yo. The pool is small but perfect. We were able to cool off and play with our little guy. Easy walk to beach and stores/shops/ice cream! Definitely would stay again.

Good for big family

The house was perfect for 8 of us, but could have held more. It was within short walking distance of the beach and coligny plaza. Would rent it again!

Perfect house set up for little ones

This house was perfect for us. Each room was very private.. Loved the screened in porch and all of the sitting areas. Very spacious and clean. The pool was just the right size for my grandkids ages 1-5 but it would be small for older kids. Loved this house!!

Exceeded Expectations

The wonderfully appointed house is situated only a short walk from the beach. Our group of seven guests had plenty of space, enjoyed the porch and private pool and found plenty of activities nearby. The management company was very responsive with any needs. We'd definitely stay again at this property and highly recommend the house. A great value!

Great Location

House had been somewhat updated, but master bath was pretty old. Air conditioning return air grill was really dirty in the dining/kitchen area. Loved the screened in porch!

Hilto head island gem

Excelkent house for family and young kids. Perfect location for easy beach access. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Coligny town center. Easy walikg or biking to everything youneed for your stay. House was well kept and worked perfectly for our group of 9. Beach Getaway team was excellent from reservation to quick responses to questions and check out was seemless.

Rain rain go away!

We were told that we should not come due to hurricane but we had a family of 5 flying into Savannah and family of 4 driving from Virginia and we were driving from Chicago! We all made it to the house and it was a great week! It didn’t rain as much as the weather forecast said so after a couple days of some rain, we had a wonderful week and would love to do this again!
