Very nice, large house in a beautiful resort. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious and fit our needs very well. It was great to have a fenced back yard so the dogs could join us and great to have pet friendly hosts as well. The setting is lovely and peaceful and the resort has a lot to offer, including a gorgeous, private beach.The large, open kitchen is generously stocked. I loved that there are ceiling fans and TVs in every room, and it was convenient to be able to use our own Roku account.

Perfect relaxing location and vacation

We had a wonderful and relaxing beach vacation in Hilton Head to celebrate our child’s college graduation. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The small private pool in the backyard was absolutely perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make special memories with our family. Highly recommend!

Serenity by the Sea

We had a terrific stay at Serenity by the Sea. Met all of our expectations and we had a lovely time with the family and Grandson. We will look forward to future stays at HHI. The host were fantastic as well.

Thanksgiving Holiday

Serenity by the Sea was a great place for our group of 5 adults to spend a Thanksgiving holiday. The hosts were very responsive, and the layout worked well for us with a large living area and well stocked kitchen. We liked the location of Serenity by the Sea, which is and easy bike ride to the beach, Harbortown, and the Sea Pines Forest Preserve.

Perfect stay

The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The pool was a blessing and the location was great. My only criticism is the distance to the beach (15 min) walk. Top tip: you can park at the beach club after 3pm and you can eat on their patio without a reservation after 7.30.

We've been staying in Sea Pines for almost 30 years and this is by far one of the most well stocked homes we've ever stayed in. A close friend lives on Cotton Ln and I've seen this gem for years and never realized what I was missing. The large master bedroom mattress was very comfortable with an updated master bathroom. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. So many unexpected amenities like full size shower supplies, dishwashing and laundry detergent and even dog treats and bowls provided in this pet friendly home. The private pool and fenced back yard were added bonuses. We will definitely be back!

Home away from Home

Perfect vacation house for large family ; all 3 bedrooms are a good size ; the bedding is very attractive, the mattress in pink bedroom is very soft and uncomfortable ; Master bathroom has a great large shower ; plenty of excellent towels are provided ; the large kitchen has everything for preparing meals for a big family; plenty of glasses, dishes and silver ware ; a couple of things are needed in the house, a desk with a chair for a laptop computer and more lamps in the living room which is quite dark ; the tile flooring is very cold, so advise guests to bring slippers or booties; it is a wonderful vacation house wih a nice patio and pool to enjoy during warmer weather ; ( potted Plants on patio need some TLC ) Linda and Jay are attentive owners .

Fantastic Sea Pines Vrbo

My husband and I recently stayed at this property to attend the RBC Heritage. I can't say enough good things about it. Beautiful well kept clean home. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, coffee makers, pots and pans. They have complimentary K cups, creamer, and seasonings for cooking. The outside grill (propane) was perfectly clean and propane tanks both full. The back patio and pool are absolutely lovely. It was so relaxing just sitting in the space at any point during the day. The pool was a nice touch but too cold to truly enjoy so recommend heating it. Rent bikes and you can literally get anywhere you want in 5-10 minutes. The neighborhood is so charming and welcoming. 10/10!

The Perfect Getaway!

We’ve been vacationing in HHI for many year but haven’t been back since COVID. We were so excited to take a week off and come back to our favorite island, and Serenity by the Sea was the perfect place to stay! It was the perfect size of a home for us 3 young couples. We loved how much ample seating there was in the living for us to all sit and enjoy time together. The pool was amazing and we spent every day out there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the entire house was extremely well stocked and clean. The beach was only a quick bike ride away (definitely recommend renting bikes!) and we were so close to all the cool spots in Sea Pines and the rest of the island. Plus, the house was pet friendly and we loved being able to spend the week with our pups too! Linda and Jay were organized and communication was very clear. Their virtual property guide and pre arrival emails were very helpful! We’ll definitely be renting through Beachside again!!

Serenity By the Sea

Overall a very nice stay for one week. The home was located in a quit older neighborhood in Sea Pines Plantation. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants and food stores. The property was well configured with nice comfortable furnishings. The property was provided with all necessary towels and other amenities. The walls of the house are quite thin with noise bleed in the bedroom areas. The home was probably 25 years old so showing some age. Upon arrival the exterior the property was not as clean as we would have liked, especially the pool area and outdoor dining. The landscape crew came through one day prior to our departure so they did blow off the deck, but a little late to help us. The pool floats, which we did not use, were dirty. Overall it was a good value with a great location.

Fantastic House

Reviews helped me book this house so I'd like to return the favor bc I'm so glad we did. The house is great. Very well stocked kitchen and extra starters for soap, dishwasher pods, etc. linens were a plenty and having pool towels there made it super convenient. Everything was perfect. We rented bikes through them and it couldn't have been any easier to have them already at the house. We had 2 little ones and road to the beach once but it was too hard for us to do with all of our chairs toys etc. We drove 3 min to the shuttle parking and hopped on the trolley with all of our stuff the rest of the time. Super easy. We drove to other pick up spot and took trolley when it was after 5 to the beach. Easy drives to all ends of the island. We couldn't park at the beach club with our pass like we originally thought but the trolley was easy so we didn't mind. Linda and Jay have been so wonderful to work with, checked on us and went above and beyond when the trash company hadn't picked up on schedule. Having our dog join us was amazing and having such a nice, big, clean house was a treat. We booked this one bc it was one of the few with a fence and I would love to come back! Thank you!

Great hosts

Stephanie and Todd were actively communicating up to and through our stay to be sure everything met our standards. The home was everything we were looking for. We are a family of 3 plus a dog and the home had ample space for about 4 more guests. Pool is on the small size but space is limited and it was a huge plus we had it. It's 3 foot depth in a section was perfect for our 6 year old to practice swimming.
