Newly remodeled first floor kitchen, living area, master suite, and bathrooms in 2017. Large island seats four with dinning room table that seats eight. The large bedroom on the main floor with a handicap friendly en suite bathroom is perfect for those that may need assistance. Roll or walk in shower with handicap bars both in the shower and toilet area. All new appliances and living area furniture. Screened in back porch that is viewing distance from the pool. Unit comes with a beach locker and two bikes kept at the unit.
Two large guest bedrooms are located on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed, baby crib and rocker. This is great for the young family. The second guest room has three twin beds with a roll-out cot. Both guest rooms have their own private bathroom. Great detail has been given to providing everything needed for families and couples alike. Children's toys, high chair and games are available, along with beach toys.
The laundry room is located off the breakfast area. The living room has large flat screen TV and DVD with a sofa bed. The power room is next to the living room. Each of the three bedrooms is also equipped with a TV and cable. High speed wireless internet works well throughout the house.
Tennismaster is in a great location inside the gated Shipyard Plantation. Walk to the beach is about 8-10 minutes. Or a two minute ride by summer shuttle. Walk or bike on the cool shaded safe bike paths. We the BEACH LOCKER you can use the chairs and beach gear provided or store your own items. The locker is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys. Bikes are located at the unit in the front storage shed.
The famous Van De Meer tennis courts are right next to the Tennismaster Villas. The large pool is practically out the back door with shaded picnic area. Our pool is never crowded like others in Shipyard. The beautiful Hilton Head beach and new Shipyard beach house are within very close walking distance. Shipyard has some of the most beautiful and safe bike paths on Hilton Head Island. For nature lovers of all ages, the lagoons in Shipyard provide fishing and an abundance of wild life viewing. Also, the villa has a large back lawn for kids to play outdoor games. We have a number of games the kids can use such as croquet, catch, football etc. Numerous restaurants and shopping are all close by as Shipyard is located in the middle of the island.

Love the times we can get away with parents, friends and family and all stay at the same place. Large family area and private bed and bath with lots of storage. Grandparents stay in easy access master on main. Parents can stay in queen with baby crib if needed. Kids and friends can all stay in twin room with roll out cots available.

Unit is equipped with two bikes, a beach locker stocked with all things sandy, screened in back porch that walks out to large quite pool. Crib, high chair, bed rails, toys and games, and large DVD library all make this the perfect multi-generational family getaway. Master bathroom is a great handicap-friendly solution with grab bars both in the shower and toilet area. Roll or step in shower provides easy access.

The unit was very clean. The owner recently remodeled
the kitchen with new appliances and granite counter tops.
The ocean is a short walk away under a canopy of trees. In addition, the unit has a very large refurbished pool which includes new pool furniture.
The condo has bikes, beach toys, games, books, sheets, and household supplies for guests to use.
This is an ideal place for a family vacation or reunion because it accommodates many guests.
We enjoyed our stay. I give this unit our highest recommendation and look forward to renting it again soon!
Great place to stay
The owner has upgraded the downstairs in a beautiful way. The open downstairs is much more inviting and beautiful than before. All who have visited us say "WOW! This is beautiful!" The kitchen area has been upgraded and has an oversized counter with sink that has room for four eating spots. The flooring is now all beautiful tile with area rugs. Furniture has been upgraded.
The owner is very responsive to any problems, of which there none this time. We have stayed here a number of years and her response to problems in the past were immediate.
We have recommended this property to friends and highly recommend it to anyone. There are three bedrooms, three full baths and a half bath. Plenty of room for families or multiple families. The unit is walking distance to the beach. She does provide bikes which are great to use on the many bike paths around the island.

We loved our stay in Tennismaster 604.
This was our second Thanksgiving in a row at Tennismaster 604. The updates made were stunning. My family and I would love to have a reservation for next year!!
The villa is spacious and the amenities provided keep you from having to find bicycles, linens, air mattresses etc.. . Being in the Shipyard Plantation makes it the perfect location on the Island to enjoy the beach, shopping, and local eateries.
I would definitely recommend this place for any family to enjoy!
Great time on Hilton Head Island!
This condo was excellent for a family with a baby. We had a crib and high chair and it was already baby proofed. The condo was very spacious and really included everything. The pool was large and well maintained, walking distance to the beach and plenty of beach chairs and bikes. The owner was a pleasure to work with. It was a great vacation! We hope to rent this place again in the near future.

Location great, condo ok
We had issues with the condo and the owner did address issues in a timely manner. The master bath shower was beautiful BUT having the water run onto the floor under the shower door was a pain having to clean up after each shower. Putting a towel to "block" the shower door simply did not work. The furniture is old and needs replacing. The kitchen is small and needs to be equipped with newer pots, pans and kitchen utensils.
We did enjoy the screened in back porch, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect.
Overall, we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo but had a glorious week visiting places and the beach.

The Ideal Getaway
I was immediately struck by how well stocked and clean the house was upon entry, and during the course of our week there the amenities provided (from kitchen utensils and seasonings, to laundry machines and bikes) made the stay stress-free and enjoyable. Things in the house are clearly labelled with helpful instructions from the owner, making the process of checking in and out a breeze. The wifi is excellent, and you couldn't ask for a better location, within walking distance to both the oceanside and various shopping areas and restaurants. With a comfortable and spacious layout in addition to accommodations for any young children present, this unit has a welcoming and homey feel. 10/10

Multiple month or weekly rentals may be discounted. Please ask the owner directly for any Fee Waivers before submitting an Online BOOK NOW request. BOOK DIRECT WITH OWNER: No Online Service Fee. When booking directly with the owner, 40% is due when making the reservation and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Full refund minus a $40 admin fee is available if cancellation before 30 days of arrival. If 30 days or less, the pre-payment will be forfeited. Refundable Security Deposit is not collected, however a valid credit card must be provided on file. Payment can be check, money order, PayPal or Credit Card. There is a 3% fee for Credit Card processing. BOOK NOW: Online reservation fee applied. When using the online 'Book Now' payment method, 50% is due when making a reservation and the balance is due 30 days before your arrival. 100 % of pre-payment refund minus a $40 admin fee is available if cancellation before 30 days of arrival. However the Online Service Fee may not be refundable. If 30 days or less, the pre-payment will be forfeited. Refundable Security Deposit is collected and returned back to guest 7 days after departure and inspection is done. Rates for Peek Summer assume a Sat-Sat weekly check in/out range, requests that span a different day range may be higher. Holidays: Memorial, Labor, Independence Day may have a higher nightly rate. Rates may change throughout the season, however no refunds are provided once a contract has been confirmed.
