Handicap-friendly Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 7-10)

This villa is owner operated since 2005 and has it all. We have a newly completed screened in back porch that will add hours of outdoor enjoyment to your vacation. The large master bedroom and handicap friendly on-suit bathroom is brand new for 2017.

Tennismaster is in a great location with the beach only a two minute ride by shuttle or car. Or you can easily walk to get there on the cool shaded safe bike paths. We have a BEACH LOCKER and TWO FREE BIKES available for you during your stay. The locker is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys. Bikes are located at the unit in the front storage shed.

The beautiful new master suite, with king mattress, is located on the first floor with large handicap-friendly bathroom. Roll or walk in shower with handicap bars both in the shower and toilet area. Double sink with personal seated vanity area. Lots of storage. You will appreciate the fact that there are no stairs to climb.

Two large bedrooms are located on the second floor. One bedroom has both a queen and crib with a private bathroom. The second guest room has three twin beds also with a private bathroom.

A twin sized roll out cot is available in the twin guest room closet. Guests can enjoy their own private balcony from every bedroom. The upstairs balconies are protected and cannot be viewed from street level. Great detail has been given to providing everything needed for families and couples alike. Children's toys, and games are available, along with beach toys. A high chair and toddler eating area are also provided. We even have bed rails for toddlers.

Free high speed wireless internet is available. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the secluded decks as you listen to the birds in the surrounding trees.

The living area is designed as a great room with dining area and living area combined. The kitchen has a breakfast eating area that seats four. The laundry room is located off the breakfast area. The living room has large flat screen TV and DVD with a sofa bed. The power room is next to the living room. Each of the three bedrooms is also equipped with a TV and cable. Wireless internet works well throughout the house.

The famous Van De Meer tennis courts are right next to the Tennismaster Villas. The large pool is practically out the back door with shaded picnic area. Our pool is never crowded like others in Shipyard. The beautiful Hilton Head beach and new Shipyard beach house are within very close walking distance. Shipyard has some of the most beautiful and safe bike paths on Hilton Head Island. For nature lovers of all ages, the lagoons in Shipyard provide fishing and an abundance of wild life viewing. Also, the villa has a large back lawn for kids to play outdoor games. We have a number of games the kids can use such as croquet, catch, football etc. Numerous restaurants and shopping are all close by as Shipyard is located in the middle of the island.

Love the times we can get away with parents, friends and family and all stay at the same place. Large family area and private bed and bath with lots of storage. Grandparents stay in easy access master on main. Parents can stay in queen with baby crib if needed. Kids and friends can all stay in twin room with roll out cots available.

What makes this villa unique

Unit is equipped with two bikes, a beach locker stocked with all things sandy, screened in back porch that walks out to large quite pool. Crib, high chair, bed rails, toys and games, and large DVD library all make this the perfect multi-generational family getaway. Master bathroom is a great handicap-friendly solution with grab bars both in the shower and toilet area. Roll or step in shower provides easy access.

We have stayed at this condo many times and will continue to return. The owners are extremely easy to work with and always respond to our needs. Pool is right out back door, never crowded as are other pools in Shipyard. Lots of picnic areas. Everything is there for a great vacation.

Beautiful Hilton Head Island

We love Hilton Head for its sandy beaches, biking, golfing and tennis. We have found a perfect place to stay that is close to the beach, golf and tennis. We have stayed at 604 Tennismaster for many years and always enjoyed our stay. The renoed master bathroom is lovely. The villa itself has all of the amenities that one could look for while on vacation. The owner is always helpful and very accommodating. We will treasure the memories of our stays with friends here.

beach week

The house was great. Located within a bike ride of beach and coligny square. Beds were comfortable and we loved having all the bathrooms. We would definitely stay again. The owner was wonderful and very accommodating.

Nice unit in need of some repairs

The owner was very pleasant during all communication. The unit needs a facelift, which areas will be updated according to the owner. There were lots of bugs in the unit which come along with being at the beach. A good pest control should help. Water was backed up in the sinks, baths, etc. The toddler railing and crib came in handy. There wasn't a toddler seat for the bike as advertised and one bike was missing pedals. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and the beach parking pass came in handy if we left early enough. This unit will be great once the bugs are under control and its modernized.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your feedback. Just a reminder to all Hilton Head guests, this is a tropical island an there will be bugs. The Tennismaster Villa Association comes in once a month to spray each unit. The log is located inside a kitchen cabinet. However, if any guest ever feel that the critters are a little too happy, please contact me as soon as possible. I can then request an off schedule treatment within 24 hours. I can always be reached via email, text or phone. The master bathroom has been totally remodel, see the uploaded pictures. I'm so excited to be able to offer a true spa like master bathroom this upcoming season. Other flooring and furnishing upgrades are scheduled throughout the season.

Like a favorite pair of jeans

My Fiance' and our combined families really enjoyed this rental. It is great (not perfect) but has the things we care about and it was close to my friends who were staying in houses closer to the beach. So we probably went about getting to the beach a little differently than others who stay here as we walked (rode bikes) from the front door a little to the right of the condo in front of us and between it and the neighboring condo we then turned left on Barcelona Drive for about 30 steps then turned right into Port of Call Resort and went straight to the fence where we learned the code to get through to N. Forrest Beach Dr. (you need to use the code #497907 and turn both handles) don't forget the Hash Tag at the beginning. Then just head down one of the roads in front of you. This worked for us as we had friends staying on Capri and Driftwood Rd's. We then would leave our chairs and bikes at their house. It beats driving around or walking to the Shipyard beach entrance. Ok, that is my "beach hack" as far as the condo other than trying to get into the Shipyard complex on the first day and back in that night after shopping (long line) the place is great! The pool is perfect and just out the back yard. There is a great fan on the back porch that made it enjoyable to be outside in 90+ weather. The Bikes were a great bonus as well as the bonus bed/cot as we had the Brady Bunch there but somehow we never felt cramped. Like others said on here, it is a little old school as far as some of the style and has a couple rough edges but like I said above it is like a favorite pair of used jeans, a couple frayed edges and maybe a hole or two but still just fits right. Please don't go into it with Champagne taste as you may be disappointed. It has great TV's, the chairs and couch could be upgraded, there are ice trays in the freezer (old fashioned ice makers) but it was a great location at the right price for us. We hope to be back!!

Owner's Response: Thanks so much for your kind words. I have a 2016 capital upgrade plan that will replace the master bath, new floors and living room upgrades. Overall we try to keep affordable and lots of options for multi-generational family stays. Check back in February with new pics!

Departure inspection done after every visit. If Manager finds evidence of smoking or pets, or number of guests exceeded contracted number, the cleaning overage will be forwarded to your credit card based of the signing of a rental agreement.

Rates may be higher for holidays including but not limited to Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Peak Summer weekly rates assume a Sat-Sat rental, other weekly date ranges may be higher. Rates can change through out the season, however no refunds are given once a contract has been confirmed.

If a cancellation is done before your 30 day arrival, refunds will be provided minus a non-refundable $40 admin fee included in the quoted rate.
