The Space:

Located on the west side of Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, Sea Colony West offers townhomes, condos, and villas, some with pond views. Sea Colony offers a trolley, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and optional activities. A fee is charged for use of amenities for ages 4 and older. The beach and towns of Bethany Beach and South Bethany are just a short distance away. No Pets Please. This single-level end unit offers hardwood floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen, outside shower, a deck, and a gas grill. Guests also have access to adult and children's beach chairs, and umbrellas can be rented at Sea Colony beach. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's best U.S. resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Our family of 5 had a great time. It was the perfect size for us. Amenities were great and proximity to the beach with a toddler was a huge plus!! We will definitely be coming back!

Upon arriving at this rental there were ants on the kitchen counter, the outside screen door was torn, there was a drawer in the kitchen that was off its track, the handle on the freezer was extremely loose, we were unable to close the blinds for the back door, and it seemed as though every time we wanted to use any plate or utensil from the kitchen it was dirty and needed to be washed first. I reported all of these issues via chat, and within two days someone from maintenance arrived and fixed everything. My husband and I have rented various condos at Sea Colony in the past and have never encountered a rental that just seemed somewhat unkept and unclean in the kitchen. I will say that the response time to these issues was ok. I will also add that I complained to management about these issues and was refunded the cleaning fee for which I was charged, which seemed acceptable, however we will not be staying here again.

Very cute and cozy house with lots of amenities. Sea colony provides transport to the beach as well as passes to numerous areas around the house itself. Host is also extremely active and helpful when asked questions.
