Guests can relax in the living room with a comfortable sofa bed. Two full bathrooms include showers, towels. and handy hair dryers for convenience. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or gathering for a movie night, this wonderful home offers a perfect blend of comfort and space. Please note: the downstairs is a private residence and guests will not have access to that area. It has it's own entrance at the base of the home and the two areas are not connected. The private downstairs residence does NOT have access to the entertainment garage that includes the hot tub, etc., so please keep that area locked when not in use. You are renting the UPSTAIRS home only. You will need to go to the front of the home and utilize the white staircase to your front door.

Parking: The carport is reserved for the upstairs unit. The space between the carport and the home is for the downstairs apartment. All secondary vehicles will need to park around the circle drive leaving room for others to pass.
