Come relax with us at our fully restored farm house.

Whaley Room and Board is a completely renovated farmhouse located minutes from the Sevierville Convention Center, Wilderness at the Smokies, and the new Soaky Mountain Waterpark. This home has a very unique story. The previous owner's were Dolly Parton's Aunt and Uncle. Dolly would go to her Aunt and Uncle's home after school and record in the soundproof upstairs bedroom. You will find Dolly folk art throughout the farmhouse and the memories she made there live on.

Check-in was so easy. If I had any questions Amy was quick to reply back to me. The home was wonderful. Several of my family hated to leave. The road in front of the house was a very traveled road but that didn’t take away from the peaceful place. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful family home!

This house is the perfect place to stay with your family, it is clean, comfortable and decorated so well! It feels so homey. The host is amazing and super attentive as well! This is our 2nd time staying here for our annual Christmas trip and we will be back again! We love how close it is to all the attractions yet still tucked away and quiet. Highly recommend this property!
