Cozy up in this brand new cabin, just off the main drag of the Smokies! Saloli 55 is located in an adorable Chalet Style Neighborhood in Sevierville, TN! The cabin features 3 Bedrooms, each with their own private bath. Two primary suites on the main level so stairs aren't an issue! Saloli 55 is perfectly set up for 2 couples and 5 kids or 3 couples with a few kids.

We have lots of old school board games, puzzles, Smart TVs in every room, as well as a 60 game arcade table and an Infinity Game Table! The 6 person hot tub is nestled in the trees on the bottom deck.

MAIN FLOOR: Two King beds, each room has their own private bath.
DOWNSTAIRS: One queen bed with bathroom plus a twin size trundle underneath
REC ROOM (downstairs): Daybed and trundle in the open rec room. There is lots of space to move about and plenty of storage.

One of the biggest appeals to us is the location. The neighborhood is just before traffic gets congested, so spending an hour trying to get a few miles down the road to your cabin is not an issue! Less than a mile from grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, breweries and waterparks. Located 1 mile to the Sevierville Convention Center, approx. 15 minutes to Dollywood and The Island. Makes for a much less traffic filled time or more relaxing vacation.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and communicative. They have thought of everything, and we loved how things were labeled so well throughout the cabin. This cabin was just what we needed for a weekend away to be able to hang out with family, watch lots of football (plrenty of TVs to choose from), and get into the hot tub. We would definitely recommend this cabin and stay with these hosts again!

Amazing Cabin!

This is my third stay at Saloli 55. After two friend trips and one family trip I can truly say this cabin has something for everyone. The beds are comfortable, everything is labeled well and easy to use, and we've truly enjoyed it. The location is also wonderful! We will be back! :)

This cabin is very well maintained and cared for. The little touches to it, such as the easy to use baby gates at the top and bottom of stairs are a really nice touch. We typically stay in a more secluded area, but this trip we wanted something closer to town, and that it is. We were able to make a quick trip to the grocery store and Target, as well as other shopping close by. Dollywood was about a 20 minute drive from the cabin.

Long weekend get away

First time to the area with our kids for a long weekend get away. The cabin was super kid friendly and so much to do in the area! When we first arrived the hot tub did not work but the owner got maintenance out the next morning and it was fixed! We unfortunately had to cut our weekend short due to weather but we plan on coming back again and spending more time there!

Very spacious cabin with plenty of room for three small kids to have a great time in. Easy to get to the front door from the car, which was a plus with small kids. Depending on traffic, it’s pretty close to all of the fun.

The property was in great condition and laid out really well for our party (2 families with 5 kids total between our families). There were great accommodations and the host was incredibly hospitable, checking in and helping with things during our stay. If you sleep late, you may be woken up by construction as they are still working on the neighborhood but that really didn't bother us much. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again!!!

Great Little Hidden Gem

The cabin was exactly as described. Perfect for our needs. Loved the proximity to the convention center. Had enough space for our group. The downstairs game room was a huge hit, even with the 50 year old kids at heart.Owners were responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect cabin for our trip!

Cabin was perfect! Location, location, location. It was the ideal combination of the perfect size, perfect layout, and perfect location for our needs. The cabin had everything we needed and more! Great Holiday Vacation

This was an absolutely fun trip we had over the Thanksgiving holiday. The WiFi access was great, and the overall space was so great! We also really enjoyed the game room! We definitely would rent again!

Ivey’s Rockin Rentals started after one lucky fishing obsessed Husband constantly wanted to go “wet a line” in the Gulf waters. After purchasing a Gulf Front rental, that same husband agreed to “manage” them in hopes to retire early and have more free time…. At this present day, his amazing Wife is still taking care of everything as he continues to fish and live his own private best life.

We offer 2 rentals currently and have a 3rd in the works. We visit all of our homes regularly to make sure things are being well taken card of and we try to make sure anything you need is available in our homes. Thanks for your consideration.

We decided to build a cabin in the Smokies to have something a little closer to our home base. We specifically chose this area because of the cute chalet style vibe of the neighborhood and the location. The first time we came up to see the area, we realized all the bad traffic starts almost exactly where you turn into the neighborhood! So no more time spent trying to go a few miles just to get there while sitting in a congested mess! The location is more appealing than anything for us. There's still plenty of things close by and ways to cut through without feeling like your entire trip was spent in the car.
