The host provided a great deal of details for check in. They were flexible with our earlier check in as well. The host responds quick to any questions you have. We encountered a small hiccup but was quickly addressed with the host. The location cant be beat! The views are priceless. The building was nice and quiet. The security to enter the building was a nice assurance.

Condo is in a great location with gorgeous views. Easy walk to Pike's, and all the waterfront attractions. Check in was very easy and it was really nice to have designated parking. The unit had everything we needed and then some.

Our stay was great! The condo has an amazing view and is a convenient walking distance to so many things in Seattle. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication from the host was timely and helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Seattle.

The condo was tidy and a great size for 4 adults. We had a perfect view of Elliot Bay! The building and garage were very secure, a little confusing to navigate at first but host provided very detailed and helpful instructions.

This condo in downtown Seattle was fantastic from start to finish.The space was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a modern design that made it feel both comfortable and upscale. You can tell the hosts take pride in keeping everything clean and well-appointed.The location couldn't have been better, just steps from the water with easy access to some great views and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and spots to explore. It was also incredibly convenient for getting to the nearby sports venues, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it checked every box: clean, stylish, and perfectly situated. We would absolutely rent this condo again without hesitation.

Had the best time. So close and convenient to walk to the Seattle Center, Pike Place and really to lumen Field even. Took my mom for her 60th birthday and we couldn’t have had a better time the check-in process all the way to the hot tub all the way to the parking garage. Everything was top-tier. We will definitely be back our hosts were super responsive and quick to resolve any of our questions. You just can’t get a better location in Seattle.

Preben’s condo was just what we needed for a quick two night stay downtown Seattle. You cannot beat the location - after parking our rental (tip: the smaller the car, the better the fit), we never needed it again until we checked out. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see - including Pike Place Market, The Space Needle, and, waterfront shopping and dining. As for the views - AMAZING - both morning and evening sunsets. The condo was modern, clean, and well stocked with everything you needed. Loved the extra towels, including tons of black washcloths for makeup removal (genius). Preben was equally an amazing host - and helped us with questions as well as worked with us to have a little extra time at checkout so we could enjoy our last day in Seattle.

What a perfect location!! Even our Seattle friends were amazed at how nice where we were staying was. Works either with or without a car: you can walk to Pike Place market and all of Downtown. The host was super responsive and the check in and check out process was super easy. We'd love to stay again next time we visit. Amenities were perfect and the place was super comfortable.

We are Seattle natives but now spend half of the year in Tucson, AZ (VRBO 217106) and our condo in Hawaii (verb 190187), both of which are also available to rent through VRBO. Working in sports television has its perks, but after many days on the road our favorite things to do are spend relaxing days in the beautiful places we call home. While in Seattle we love to walk to dinner at some of the fabulous Pike Place Market restaurants, take walks along the waterfront to the Olympic Sculpture Park, go skiing in the winter and cruise around on the sound in the summer. It is one of our favorite places on Earth and we hope you are able to enjoy it as well!

We purchased our Seattle condo in April of 2007 and after an extensive remodel began staying there in June of that same year. It is truly amazing to be able to enjoy the tranquility of the waterfront while having the bustle and entertainment of the city in your backyard! It is THE quintessential Seattle location within walking distance of shopping, dining and fantastic Seattle attractions.
