This is the best place from which to enjoy all that Seattle has to offer. Watch ferry boats slip by from your living room or deck with the sound and mountains in the background, walk to the Market for brunch and pick up some locally grown produce. This unit was perfect for 2 couples on a 3 day holiday. Walking distance to everything we needed. We did not have a car but there was a parking space available. We loved watching the sunsets from the balcony. I hope to come again!!

Couldn’t have picked a better location, close to everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to Seattle Aquarium, Space Needle, Argosy Harbor Cruises as well as Pike Place Market. We walked everywhere so I have no information about the parking. We used the rooftop common area one evening for sunset and my husband used the gym area. Communication with the host was great and Preben was great about getting us in early which was greatly appreciated!

The host provided a great deal of details for check in. They were flexible with our earlier check in as well. The host responds quick to any questions you have. We encountered a small hiccup but was quickly addressed with the host. The location cant be beat! The views are priceless. The building was nice and quiet. We are Seattle natives but now spend half of the year in Tucson, AZ (VRBO 217106) and our condo in Hawaii (verb 190187), both of which are also available to rent through VRBO. Working in sports television has its perks, but after many days on the road our favorite things to do are spend relaxing days in the beautiful places we call home. While in Seattle we love to walk to dinner at some of the fabulous Pike Place Market restaurants, take walks along the waterfront to the Olympic Sculpture Park, go skiing in the winter and cruise around on the sound in the summer. It is one of our favorite places on Earth and we hope you are able to enjoy it as well!

Why they chose this property

We purchased our Seattle condo in April of 2007 and after an extensive remodel began staying there in June of that same year. It is truly amazing to be able to enjoy the tranquility of the waterfront while having the bustle and entertainment of the city in your backyard! It is THE quintessential Seattle location within walking distance of shopping, dining and fantastic Seattle attractions.
