Over 1000 square feet of relaxing, well-equipped perfection nestled at the base of the steps leading up to Pike Place Market, across the street from the Seattle waterfront, the Aquarium, and Pier 62. Finished in a décor reminiscent of Seattle’s early days, with red-bricked wall, dark wood floors, and subway-tiled bathroom. Be greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine.
Start the day sipping a fresh cup of French pressed coffee on the terrace while gazing upon Seattle’s waterfront as it comes alive. Take the stairs (or the elevator) up to Pike Place Market, the nation’s oldest continuously operated public farmers’ market, to take in the fascinating commotion of open-air commerce. Sample fresh-baked bread, pastries or piroshky; sample locally produced cheeses; or peruse an unmatched selection of fresh seafood.
This property is family owned and run by my husband and I. Our mission is to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal. Why pay more to stay at an ordinary hotel when you can relax in a central location while enjoying modern comforts and amenities in a slightly nostalgic Old Seattle setting. The local waterfront national chain hotel's rates start at $255/night and parking is also additional.

As of 2016, we now have a Portable AC Vent located in the Living Room for our Portable Air Conditioner. One of the positive points to having the building exterior re-done! (Almost NO Buildings, Less than 5% in Seattle have Central Air Conditioning) So, we are one of the Lucky Ones!
Also be aware that this is an urban environment. In any Urban Core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
No smoking on premises

About Property Owner
We have had a personal love for the city of Seattle for over 20 years. We enjoy this waterfront condo not only because of the location and views, but also because of the serenity. This is our in-city retreat to hang out with our Family and Friends, see a Mariners game, watch the Seahawks play, Enjoy great Shopping, Eat wonderful food, Stroll around Pike Street Market or just kick back and Relax!
Property Owner purchased this Condo in 2014
Why Property Owner chose Seattle Waterfront
We chose this location to be closer to the water as well as to provide an in-city retreat for our family and friends... This is Our Home Away From Home!
What makes this Condo unique
We love to get up in the morning and walk the 80 steps to Pike Place Market and watch the market open for the day! We have been going there for decades and Never get tired of it. I am definitely a frequent customer to the Seattle Antique Market only 1 block away as well. Some of the touches I have added to this condo are from this same market. This location has also been a great starting point for our Seattle Seahawk games as well as our University of Washington games. The Seahawk stadium is 8 blocks away and the shuttle to the University of Washington takes about 20 minutes. We also love to walk to the Ferry docks (6 blocks) and catch the ferry to Bainbridge Island to spend the day. Where else could you hop a ferry to an island, have a gourmet Northwest dinner and be back in Seattle the same evening? My favorite end to the day is to have a couple pints at Kell's Irish Pub up at the Pike Market's Post alley location. Where else can you imbibe with both locals and Seattle visitors, listen to live Irish music, eat a bowl of Irish stew and sing some lyrics? Nothing better to end the day with!

Beautiful condo, great location
We had a wonderful few days in Seattle. Jeri’s place is even better than the pictures. Beautiful, comfortable and so convenient to everything.
Many Thanks! Hope you come to stay again sometime!
We loved our stay. The owners have included everything and more at the condo and made it so comfortable for all of their guests, right down to the wonderful shampoo and conditioner. We felt at home here, which was lovely. We could be at Pikes Market in just a couple of minutes and were able to walk to everything we wanted to. Jeri was so easy to work with. The parking space is small and takes some manuevering to get into. But once I figured it out, all was fine. We will be back. Stay here. You’ll love it!
So happy you loved it Carol! Looking forward to your next visit at our place! Many Thanks! Jeri
A Peek at Pike’s Place and Beyond
My wife and our 11yr old son spent the week in Seattle to celebrate her birthday and Valentine’s Day.
The location was absolutely perfect for quick jaunts to Pike’s Place Markets where we enjoyed a culinary extravaganza of fresh produce, seafoods and wines and brought back to the condo.
This is a foodie’s dream spot and a great place for family activities. We spent time at the Aquarium (across the street), rode the Ferris Wheel (also across the street), went to the Dale Chihuly Gallery (@Space Needle) and even rode the Duck, which was much more fun than I expected.
The owner was beyond gracious as well as a genuinely cool person and offered the kind of assistance than you would expect from a concierge in a world class hotel (and without the attitude:-)
I highly recommend this property and look forward to our return.
Many Thanks for staying at our condo! My hopes are that you can come back year after year for more fun! Warm Regards, Jeri
Fantastic location. Close proximity to everything. Although if you are not used to traffic noise, bring earplugs. All the amenities just like home.
Very comfortable clean and well stocked unit. The owners have thought of all you need. We loved the location. Walked to a lot of places. Nice to have a view, secured building and a front desk.
Many thanks for taking great care of our home! Please come and stay again!
Pike Place Market is a flight of stairs away. And for those of us that need the occasional elevator ride... There are two. One at the Parking Garage next door to our building and the other is just on the North end of our building. Seattle Aquarium is across the street.
