Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Put garage remote on kitchen counter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rental agreement must be signed at least 3 days before your stay. No smoking, parties, or events.
Hold placed on credit card for $500. It will be refunded with no damages within 5 days after your stay.
Ring camera on entrances. Undisclosed guests and pet fees - $350 a day
