Great Place, had everything we could possibly need including yummy welcome chocolates & wine. It has a great location pretty much 10-15 minutes from everything Eckerd, Downtown the Beach! Try Skyway Jacks for breakfast nice people and a great vibe. We will definitely rent again when we are in St Pete!

Amazing spot! So peaceful. The house was immaculate and the hosts were extremely thoughtful and organized. We slept well in the comfy beds. We enjoyed the sunrises, the soaks in the hot tub and the occasional delight of dolphins swimming by. It was an absolute joy to be out of the cold and able to be in this beautiful backyard daily.

Our three-week stay was outstanding. The location, near the end of a cove, provides for beautiful views to Tampa Bay, along with sunrises (from the awesome hot tub)! The house is spacious, for a three-bedroom accommodation, and it is apparent that it has recently been updated. The neighborhood is very calm and people are really friendly. We walked around a lot and had no issues.Dao was a wonderful host!We hope to stay here again, in the future.

Oh my goodness, so good! We had a great time and everything went smooth. Communication was great and the house was just as described. We stayed for a week and were easily able to feel right at home. Very peaceful and we even built a fire in the fire pit on the dock one night. Thank you so much!!

We had a great time! Place was as advertised, and even better! Favorites included eating breakfast on the dock every morning, and hanging out in the hot tub/pool. There were clear instructions and directions for the house. Responsive hosts. We also loved the fancy bidet in the master bedroom, the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in this kind of rental, including coffee and all the spices we could ever want. Felt like a luxury stay for a low key bachelorette getaway and we would definitely book again.

The house was very nice. Photos were accurate for this property. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The house had some fun amenities. The dock was nice for sitting and relaxing. We did see a dolphin. We did not have an opportunity to use the pool or hot tub. Easy access to downtown St Petersburg and The Pier. Would stay here again.

The Coquina Key house was perfect. As others have stated it was the most well stocked kitchen of all the places we have ever stayed. The home was very comfortable and the neighborhood was perfect. We loved the dock and the pool was awesome for some relaxing in the sun. The hosts are awesome and left some wonderful gifts for us to enjoy. Will definitely stay here again. LOVED IT!!
