Great location, everything as advertised and more! This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at in terms of offering amenities. Everything was very thoughtfully provided like coffee service with creamer, lap blankets in every room, and every type of utensil possible. The comfort level was amazing! Highly recommend for smaller group gatherings, as ours was. Thank you for the above and beyond hospitality.

Outstanding. The house was perfect for my family visiting my mother who is at Westminster Shores. A very convenient and quiet location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was remarkably well-equipped (and stocked). Communication with the host was excellent, with a lot of useful information provided. Location is excellent! Close to downtown, shopping, airports. The house is well appointed and the set up worked out great for my husband and I, son, daughter-in- law and 2 grandkids. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the outdoor seating in the yard or firepit as the cushions were mildewed (thus the 4 stars for cleanliness). I would definitely stay her again though. Recommend!

This was a truly outstanding experience— from the booking to the departure. Our host sent us a detailed email after we made the reservation with area information, food suggestions, activities, and an open invitation to reach out with questions. A few days before our arrival he called to confirm the house is ready for us, which was comforting as we were driving from WI! We walked into the house and it exceeded our high expectations in every way. Spotless, well appointed, modern, and great outdoor living. What a find. The location is fabulous — a great setting and convenient to everything. It is a wonderful area to go for walks and there is a nature preserve right down the road. All in all, we can’t imagine what could have been better. Thank you, Jason, for opening your home to us.

Beautiful family time

Nice property and home. Our family spend quality time together and took several walks around the neighborhood, quiet and friendly. Only 2 small complaints: door code provided was not correct but quick response from owner was helpful and floors and porch were not overly clean.Although 2 small complaints we would happily stay here again.
