Villa Stellina consists of 2 double bedrooms equipped with smart TV and air conditioning, a bathroom and a living room with a double bed sofa.

It can accommodate four+two guests.

The common areas consist of a terrace and a garden where you can enjoy a delicious dinner.

The whole property shares some common spaces such as a barbecue area and a large covered veranda where there is a kitchen and a relaxing area.

There is WI-FI and a fan.

The terrace and green areas are equipped with relaxing loungers and deck chairs, there is also an outdoor shower.

There are 2 parking spaces available in private, fenced parking.

The property supplies water from rainwater cisterns, and consumption is recommended for hygienic/sanitary purposes, but not recommended for food use.

Access and the indoor part have no steps.

The entire facility can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests and has guidelines to help guests sort waste.

The villa is only 300 m from a restaurant, the village is about 1.5 km. and The sea is less than 8 km (Costa Merlata, Torre Guaceto, Villanova, Santa Sabina….)

Animals are not allowed.
