Our Tranquil Retreat Casa with an Amazing Night Sky!

Come see why Crestone is one of just a few Designated "Dark Sky" locations in the USA! The Amazing Star Viewing is celebrated here!
Our Artistic Retreat Casa includes 2 inviting bedrooms, with a queen bed and a convenient Murphy bed in an Office/Bedroom with 2 corner work desks, a large soaking tub, separate shower, a stocked kitchen, dining room, comfortable Living room, and patio. Our special space offers a meditative and creative environment to write, draw, relax, walk about, and experience the incredible mountains of the Sangre de Cristo range. We want our guests to have consistant Privacy. There is self "check in and check out".
Include a day or two at the nearby Great Sand Dunes National Park, local Hot Springs, and the sweet Village of Crestone. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or simply enjoying quiet moments inside, our peaceful home provides a tremendous setting for your getaway. Make your holiday one for the memory books with a retreat at our Beloved Casa.

Fully bag and tie Trash Bags before placing in container. Recycled Plastics should be rinsed clean of food or beverage, and along with Cardboard, can be placed in the recycle bin in the front closet.

After retiring from 35+ years of Decorative Painting and Art Careers they moved to The Baca & Crestone area. "We Love the peace and quiet, the intriguing aspect of the Spiritual Centers, and the variety of skilled Artists who reside here. We were drawn to this unique landscape of Colorado Mountains, the vast Valley, and the designated Dark Sky location for Spectacular Starry Nights! The quaint Village of Crestone, nearby Hot Springs destinations, and the Amazing Great Sand Dunes National Park, also makes this area an ongoing adventure!"

What makes this property unique

We fell in Love with this Property for the unique home, the Blessings that were bestowed upon the Stone Circles, and the TeePee Poles before the canvas. We especially love that a portion of our Casa is in the earth, emerging out towards the landscape. The trees protect it often from big valley winds and the birds love it here, as well!
