Property was nice for the price. We had three adults to go hike Challenger Point. There was a queen, twin and futon sofa bed (full size) and we slept comfortably. Has large nice bathroom. The stairs aren’t the most stable and the deck is a bit run down, but great to sit and watch the stars. No ac, so could get warm during the day, but there are a couple fans to circulate the air. Closer to town which has a few restaurants as well as the trail head for Willlow Creek/Challenger Peak/Kit Carson. Check times for restaurants. We ate at Our Food is Art (open Thursday/Saturday) and the pizza place. Both were good.
