This was a beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked. They stock things that most rentals do not. We loved this place and will definitely come back if we ever go back to Southern Colorado!

Truly lovely home in amazing location. Hosts were communicative and great and the house is incredibly clean, comfortable, and nice. The view is out of this world and only 2 minutes to town.

The house was everything we expected and more. The views from the house are insane and the night sky is magical. I messed up the booking and forgot to include that we were bringing our dog and Leah responded swiftly to help us get that fixed. 10/10 would recommend staying here. We hope to return sometime!

Everything in the home is of quality. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with well spaced out properties. Enjoyed being able to walk the local trails between longer excursions. Wonderful spot to enjoy the stars and skies from. Extremely clean and well cared for upon arrival. Host Leah was quick to respond to any questions.

This property was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware.We enjoyed our view of the nearby mountains from the balcony and even saw a passing black bear one evening.

Truly felt like home away from home - but upgraded! Leah was a fabulous host and thinks of everything. Well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, dog towels, sheets, & bowls. My pups and I had a wonderful getaway from the Denver fireworks for the long weekend. We had some lovely day trips to Alamosa, the Sand Dunes, and Zapata Falls. Thanks Leah!

We loved everything about the Green Gem, from the fully equipped kitchen, to the top knotch beds, the modern & sleek bathroom, the outdoor deck & balcony, and the finer details (organic coffee, lovely flowers in several vases, high quality soaps, & room sprays, etch) - Leah has thoughtfully curated a wonderful stay! It was an especially great home base for our family of four, and our two young adult sons for their ambitious & successful summiting of Crestone & Little Bear peaks. We would welcome the chance to stay here again!

Wonderful property and beautiful home! Was so cozy and welcoming and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend, but it was a much further drive to the sand dunes than we had thought when booking. It was an hour drive to Sand Dunes national park entrance.

This was truly a gem! Our family stayed 3 nights and could not be happier. The house was clean, comfortable, and roomy. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable and the view from the back y cannot be beat. We loved watching the sunset and stars from there. This is a must stay if you can snag it!

From the moment we drove up, we knew that this was going to be a very nice place in a beautiful location and it was! Very clean, nicely appointed, just offered a fun and cozy vibe. This was a lovely VRBO. Spacious, clean, well stocked and even fresh flowers! Only hitch was due to my map reading skills- while Expedia claimed it was 19 miles from Great Sand Dunes National Park it was actually an hour drive away! That said there was some other great hiking nearby (recommend Willow Lake Trail). Thanks for a nice stay!

Highly Recommend this stay! Leah & Bryon are the BEST hosts and have such a beautiful place not to mention a great location for stargazers‼ Their home offers both comfort and peace and it is relatively close to a dollar store; which is convenient for the little thingsBeing so far from home (PA) Leah was sure to secure a package that was shipped to the ‘Green Gem’ which was a huge part of our elopement & we can’t thank her enough for being so generous and trustworthy to hold onto it until we arrived!The home sits in between two beautiful hiking trails as well as a playground for the littles and YES it is surrounded by beautiful views of Rocky Mountains and complicated with breathtaking sunsets! The home is well stocked with the essentials! (Pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards and a grill) .. we willDefinitely return and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a Colorado experience!

We were pleased to have Trenton and family for their first visit to Colorado. We hosted family and dog for a two week stay. Other than a miscommunication on garbage pick up and slightly late, check out (25 min) they were pleasant guests. Upon cleaning, I came upon many unpleasant things. all pertaining to I believe their dog. I will not list all the damage, but there was feces under one of the beds as well as deep claw marks, and scratches in furniture. I felt as thoughI had a good rapport with the guests and we could work this out, Gas response was that we were not pet friendly enough with no apology to damage bottom line is I would not host them again due to ill communication and not taking responsibility for the damage their pet created.
