Briarwood Vacation Rental Naples, Florida: Arriving, relaxing & lots of fun. The Villa Bellevue is the perfect place for the best time of your year. The house offers 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms. As soon as you enter the house, you come into the with natural light-flooded, spacious living room with a direct view of the large pool overlooking the beautiful lake with its even more amazing sunsets. The oversized sundeck and terrace with outdoor bar and plenty of space to barbeque and enjoy endless days and evenings. Comfortable sun loungers and outdoor kitchen with grill, a bar and a dining table set leave nothing to wish for. In the colder winter month, the solar-powered pool heater ensures pleasant pool temperatures. The house has a modern, well-equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining room. In the living room there is a 55" TV and internet access. The master bedroom with direct access to the pool is furnished with a king-size bed and a 32' TV. The spacious master bathroom has a double sink, a separate tub and shower. All very spacious. The toilet is separated. Attached is a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom, also with direct access to the pool area, is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed and television. The third bedroom in friendly beach colors has two twin beds. The house has a spacious garage. Beach chairs and beach towels, as well as pool toys are available. The house can be occupied by a maximum of 6 guests. Briarwood is a very nice quiet 24 hour gated community with a clubroom, two community pools, one of which is an Olympic size pool. Sports facilities include beach volleyball, basketball, tennis and pickel ball, a children's playground and many opportunities for long or short walks. The community is centrally located in Naples and you can reach all shopping facilities within 5 to 10 minutes by car. The popular 5th Avenue with its variety of shops and great restaurants can be reached in 10 minutes. The gorgeous Gulf of Mexico is only 5 miles away.

Briarwood is a great location. Very convenient and easy to get to anywhere in Naples. It is also a wonderful neighborhood. Had stayed in Briarwood before and that is why we returned again. The house was very comfortable and our host, Doris was excellent. We were greeted on the day we arrived and Doris promptly answered any questions and addressed any issues that required attention. A pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone coming to Naples

Great Home & Great Property Manager = Great Vacation!!!

My wife and I reserved this home in Briarwood for 7 nights over Spring Break with out three children, ages 7, 4, & 2. In short, our entire family had such a wonderful time! First, the check - in process with the security gate was so simple and the security guards were extremely friendly. Also, when my in laws visited us on multiple occasions throughout the week, they were warmly greeted at the security gate each time and made it very easy for them. Second, the home was beautiful and "spotless." It was extremely clean and the pictures online match exactly what is in the home. Third, the private pool was great for our three children. Each day, they enjoyed our private pool but also enjoyed the Briarwood community pool and playground. Also, the location is great. It was just a few minutes away from the grocery store and lots of retail establishments ... and also a quick drive to everything on 5th Avenue in Naples. Finally, the Property Manager was Doris. She was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us immediately upon our arrival and immediately responsive to any question through the week. Overall, our experience was absolutely wonderful and my wife and I would highly recommend renting this beautiful home in Briarwood!
