VILLA BURNT STORE is close to Burnt Store Marina - rent power boats and sail boats, and enjoy this beautiful Marina's countless amenities. Close to Coral Oaks Golf Course, a great, sought after golf course. Vacation rental - 7 days minimum - no annual rentals. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Family friendly: baby crib, high chair. Cabinets, outlets, and doors child safe. New construction. Three bedrooms, each with a king or queen bed, 2 bathrooms, master bath has a luxury shower, guest bath has a combo tub/shower. Open, "split" floor plan; spacious Living/Dining/Kitchen area . Granite counter tops in kitchen and baths. Brand new stainless appliances. New washer and dryer. New furniture. Outside you will find a well maintained lawn with a few smaller trees. There is a patio off the kitchen for grilling. In addition, there is a built in outdoor fire pit with a sitting area, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Electricity: 60kWh per day (approximately $90/week) are included in your rent. Overage will be charged @ $0.22/kWh including taxes.
You will be charged for "unexpected cleaning" @ $40/hour/cleaner.

Very nice and well equipped 3 br house

We have stayed at alot of vrbo's and this one was very well equipped! Weather for grilling , going to the beach or staying in and cooking! When we arrived everything was clean and organized! Will definitely be coming back!

Great 3 bedroom 2 bath

House was in a quiet neighborhood where you can take a walk if you need to. Quick drives to food and golf. Was a bit of a drive to the beach but getting around is fairly easy in this area. Place had a hot tub and a small patio to soak up the sun. House was clean and host was very receptive to messages. Thanks for the great stay!!

Quite neighborhood on the cape

The property was in a quiet neighborhood and the check in process was easy. Good amount of kitchen items. The rooms were clean and plenty of towels and paper products. We would rent again. Thank you
