1. Renter must be 27 years and above to make the reservation and must personally occupy the property for the entire period. We do not accept reservations if a majority of the group is under the age of 27, proms, parties, or 3rd party reservations. Parents or other individuals are not permitted to reserve the house on behalf of another person or group.

2. If you have declined Airbnb`s travel insurance, it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to weather, illness, or other travel-related situations.

3. The driveway accommodates standard vehicles; additional cars must use legal street parking in Old Town.

4. Please remember you are staying in a private residence in an upscale, quiet, historic neighborhood — not a hotel in a commercial district. We ask that you observe our House Rules and take care of the property just as you would your own home. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

5. No parties or events. We monitor the property using a noise sensor for decibel levels only (no audio recording) and exterior security cameras at the front entrance and driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or on the private patio. Please refer to the house rules for full details.

If you are staying longer than 2 weeks, please agree to additional cleaning every 14 days. We take great pride in all our belongings with the hopes that you will appreciate your stay and come back for more memorable stays.
