We absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO. We were a short walk from downtown & the Old Mill District. Lots of good food & breweries nearby. It was private & relaxing - I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay
Very nice, very private. Close to attractions. Lots of really nice touches inside. Would go back in a minute!
Had a nice girls weekend at the Box Factory Bungalow. Great location and slept 6 comfortably. Beds were comfortable and having a hot tub was amazing, especially after floating the river and being cold. Would stay here again for sure!
The house was perfect location (we walked everywhere), very comfortable and well set up, great decor! Right across the street from a grocery store so it's very convenient!
we loved this home, the place was adorable, perfect for 4 adults, clean, simple and wonderful. I would recommend the place to anyone. thank you blue bird.
Cute house, and the location was convenient. Grocery store is right across the street. Several eateries and shops are just a couple of blocks away. House was clean and comfortable!
This house was perfect for our quick romantic getaway to Bend. The location to everything is perfect so you can walk to food and shopping. Such a adorable and clean home with everything you would need! Loved the hot tub and back yard escape. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic trip!
This is located walking distance to the Old Mill district, the river, downtown Bend, there's a grocery store across the street, food trucks and breweries as well. And its 12 miles from Mt. Bachelor.
Such a convenient place and Paige was awesome.
Perfectly kept home in the heart of Bend. Walking distance to several amazing breweries. The bikes provided were fantastic and helped us get around to breweries on the outskirts of town. Property managers were attentive and would absolutely return.

Comfortable and clean
This property was great for our family of 4 (2 kids under age 6). We were able to walk quite a few places from the house. We loved the patio and the hot tub was a nice bonus. It was a little hot at night but there were fans in the bedrooms and a window unit in the living room.
Cute, comfortable property near downtown Bend and walking distance to Old Mill district. Fit our family of 5 perfectly. We biked everywhere from here. Literally right across the street is a Whole Foods type market called Market of Choice. Tons of local breweries are a stone’s throw away as well. Perfect spot to explore Bend!

Cozy convenient and cute home
We adored our stay here. This home is equipped with all you need and more. The outdoor patio is lovely and with a private hot tub to enjoy the night sky! convenient to walk to town, to a nature trail along the water or ride up to ski. Loved the decor and layout of the home. Pillows and bed were very cozy. We will stay here again. What a gem!

Charming 1920s home
We really enjoyed the Box Factory Bungalow! It was super clean and nicely remodeled, had all the supplies we needed (toiletries, paper goods, coffee, tea, basic cooking ingredients, laundry detergent), and the hot tub was great after a day's worth of activities. The yard was private, and the location was great--across from the supermarket and about a 10-min walk to downtown restaurants. We loved the feel of staying in a 1920's Bend home--it added a touch of history to the otherwise booming and modern town.
We had a wonderful stay in the Box Factory Bungalow. It was a short bike ride to get to some food carts/breweries/shops. A Market of Choice is right across the street. Very convenient but not pretty to look at. The little courtyard and hot tub was perfect for sky gazing and relaxing.

Cute house with many ammenities and close to everything
We had a great time in Bend! This house was set up well, super cute, and close to everything. We hiked during the day at various trails (Smith Rock, Sparks Lake, and Blue Pools), and walked downtown in the evening with so much going on. Cooked a Fathers Day Meal for our daughter, nephew and friend, who live a 5 min walk away. Kitchen was set up well. Loved the spices available, as well as the Savory Spice Shop in the Old Mill District.
This property was amazing. Easy 25 minute drive to mt bachelor. Right across the street were restaurants, breweries and drew Bledsoe’s winery. A Grocery store steps away that was amazing. The house was clean and updated with an amazing outside area. We loved it. Just make sure the hot tub is not cleaned while you are there. It was drained while we were skiing. We wanted to get in as soon as we returned and were disappointed to find an ice cold tub.
We absolutely loved everything about this little bungalow in the heart of Bend. Right across the street from a fabulous grocery and about a 10 minute walk to any restaurant or brewery you'd ever want to visit. We walked or biked to dinner every night. We brought our own bikes, so it was nice to have the garage to park them in, but they also provide a number of bikes (and helmets) for adults and older kids. Air conditioners in every room a plus. The only thing that could have made the stay better would be a fan in the bathroom. We would love to return here next year.
We had a great stay in Bend. We love all of the outdoor activities that Bend has to offer and the friendly open-air businesses, breweries, and restaurants. We enjoyed this house. It is in a great location as far as accessability to downtown & Old Mill. It was clean and updated. The hot tub and laundry facilities were greatly appreciated. However the houses on the same street are abandonded (immediate neighbors). Windows are boarded up, lawns are overgrown, and it is downright rundown. Fortunately, across the street is the market and other businesses that make you feel a little less uneasy. Overall, a good experience.

Lovely home across from a chef’s dream.
We had a really nice day at this beautifully decorated home and just want to elaborate on a couple of the previous comments. The market across the street is fabulous, similar to a Whole Foods. We enjoyed shopping there so much that we ate many more meals at home than we normally would on a trip. On a less positive note, the boarded up houses next door are condemned and creepy enough that they drew attention from our two kids. Otherwise, the neighborhood is just mixed with some homes turning over and remodeled with others a bit rundown. The patio area, with grill and hot tub, was really enjoyable. We’d go back.
Amazing property within waking distance to everything. Visited from Georgia for the Modest Mouse concert, and the walk to and from Les Schwab Amphitheater was easy. Felt very safe late at night. The house was perfect for me and my wife. We are usually cleaning everything in the house before we use it at rentals, but this place was immaculate and we felt right at home. Hot tub was a nice bonus. We fell in love with Bend, and will be back to do it all again. Make sure to leave time for sight seeing and driving. Smith Rock is inspiring. Loved Mt Hood, Bachelor, Badlands, and the coast, but Smith Rock was my favorite. Thank you Bluebird rentals.
