Located within walking distance of the Old Mill district and less than a mile to downtown, this contemporary home is newly constructed with green design and eco friendly materials with native landscaping. Brand new appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and finely selected, high quality furniture and appointments. Located in a peaceful and quiet community.
Master bedroom located upstairs features high ceiling with queen bed and master bathroom with twin vanity. Second bedroom also located upstairs features high ceiling with one twin/twin bunk bed and one twin/full bunk bed leading into a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have 32' flat screen TV's.
Downstairs living area has a comfy couch with twin recliners, plush oversized beanbag and (3) bar stools. A 40' hi-def flat screen TV, Bluetooth audio system and blu-ray player for your entertainment. Dining table is large with chair service for six.
Walk to the Les Schwab Amphitheater for some of the great outdoor events and concerts. Close to the Deschutes River running through the Old Mill District, Riverbend Park, kayaking, paddle boarding, river rafting, biking...all within walking from this prime location.
For some of the best skiing in the U.S., Mt. Bachelor is less than 30 minutes up the road. Just past Mt. Bachelor are some of the most pristine lakes you can find for fishing, hiking, biking. The Mt. Bachelor Super Shuttle is only 5 minutes away and can also get you to the mountain.

We have owned, operated and managed vacation rentals for over 15 years. I went to college at Oregon Tech in nearby Klamath Falls and studied engineering. My son & I look forward to providing our guests a comfortable and enjoyable experience at our vacation home.

Great place and superb location
This is a well equipped , cute place with a great location—quiet neighborhood and within easy walking distance to the Old Mill district and the Dechutes River. We would definitely stay here again.
Comfortable, stylish and close to Mt. Bachelor
We were looking for a cozy spot to use as a home base for three days of skiing on Mt Bachelor. One of the many great aspects of this place is that it's a straight shot up the mountain, maybe 20 minutes or so to Sunrise Lodge. We loved the fireplace and having all the things we needed to make our own food, (saved us a bunch of money, too).
We used only the master bedroom, but I noticed that the other bedroom would be perfect for families or two couples and a kid or two. There are comfy-looking bunkbeds in the 2nd bedroom that looked like you could sleep 4 or 5 people easily.
We loved the garage because we didn't have to de-snow the car each morning and also it was convenient using the keypad and not being worried about losing a door key.
The place was well maintained, but not so fancy that I couldn't relax. We found a restaurant called Jackson's Corner that was fun, delicious and not very "touristy". They had wood fired pizza and great wine selections.
If we go back to Bend to ski, I'd stay here again. I'd bring friends next time, since there was so much room.
Clean, Comfortable, Walking Distance to Old Mill
The Townhouse was perfect for the four of us, including a friend of our daughter, with a bathroom off each bedroom, as well as a TV in each bedroom when someone needed an "escape". It was a 10-minute walk to the Old Mill District, with very quick access to Century Drive toward Mt. Bachelor ski area and Snow Parks for skiing and snowshoeing. Pilot Butte is a short driving distance to the summit trailhead, and we made our usual visit to the Juniper Aqua Center, less than 10 minutes drive. We drove downtown a few times too for chocolate at Goody's, shops and restaurants.
The property is well maintained, with everything we needed (It would be nice to have a tea kettle to heat water for our many cups of tea, but one of the pots worked fine). Before packing for the trip, we checked out the amenities list, and everything we counted on was there (my favorite amenity was the garage [husband]). We didn't have to make a single call to the owner.
We've stayed many times in Bend over the years, but this was our first time staying in this rental and will do it again.
