The Space:

Welcome to your own stylish tower suite in the centre of Yaletown. The location is hard to beat, but the views may be even better. Large windows fill the condo with natural light and look across the city toward the surrounding mountains.



The suite offers approximately 800 sq ft of comfortable living space, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a fantastic 200 sq ft private patio. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, read in the sun or have dinner outside as the city lights begin to come on.



Inside, the open living area gives everyone a comfortable place to relax after exploring Vancouver. There is a Smart TV in the living room, another in the primary bedroom and ultra-high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi throughout the suite.



LOCATION

You are staying in the centre of Yaletown, one of the best and most convenient locations in Downtown Vancouver. Restaurants, cafés, shopping, nightlife and the False Creek Seawall are all just outside your door, making it easy to experience the city without needing a vehicle.



Walk to a concert or game at BC Place or Rogers Arena, explore the restaurants and patios throughout Yaletown, shop along Robson Street, or spend the afternoon walking or cycling beside the water. Granville Street, the Vancouver Art Gallery and multiple SkyTrain stations are also within easy walking distance.



It is an excellent location for both leisure and business travel. You can spend the day exploring Vancouver, then return to your private patio, mountain views and the building’s pool, hot tub and sauna.

The private 200 sq ft patio is one of the suite’s best features. There is plenty of room to sit outside, enjoy the sun and take in the city and mountain views. It is especially nice in the evening with dinner or a glass of wine.

This is a fully legal and licensed Airbnb with valid municipal and provincial short-term rental registrations. Vancouver has strict short-term rental regulations, so you can book with confidence knowing this suite is properly registered and approved for short-term stays. :)

The Neighborhood:

The suite is located in the centre of Yaletown, one of Vancouver’s best neighbourhoods for restaurants, cafés, waterfront walks, nightlife and easy access to the rest of downtown.



You can walk to BC Place for a game or concert, Rogers Arena for hockey and events, or head down to the Seawall for a walk or bike ride along False Creek. Yaletown’s restaurants and patios are only minutes away, while Robson Street, Granville Street, the Vancouver Art Gallery and downtown shopping are also within easy reach.



The location works equally well for a weekend in the city, a business trip or a longer Vancouver stay. You can explore most of downtown without needing to drive, then return to a comfortable condo with mountain views, a private patio and excellent building amenities.



Getting Around:

This is one of those Vancouver locations where walking is often the easiest option. Yaletown’s restaurants, cafés, shops, the Seawall, BC Place and Rogers Arena are all nearby.



Yaletown-Roundhouse, Vancouver City Centre and Granville SkyTrain stations are approximately five to ten minutes away on foot. SkyTrain provides convenient access to Waterfront Station, other Vancouver neighbourhoods and Vancouver International Airport.



Taxis and rideshare services are readily available throughout downtown. The Richards Street bike route also makes cycling around the city convenient.



If you are bringing a vehicle, one free designated underground parking space is included with your stay.



Other Things to Note:

• Two portable air-conditioning units are available from May 1 through September 30. One is located in the primary bedroom and the other is in the living room.

• The swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness centre are shared building amenities and are subject to building hours and rules.



• Smoking and drug use are not permitted inside the condo or within the building’s common areas.

• Pets are NOT permitted.

• Parties, events and disruptive gatherings are NOT permitted. This is a residential building with neighbours, and quiet enjoyment of the property is expected.

• Please carefully review the house rules and building access instructions before arrival.



• This is a fully licensed short-term rental with valid municipal and provincial registration.
