High floor with fantastic views of the North Shore mountains, Burrard Inlet and Vancity. 10 min walk to Vancouver Convention Center & Cruise Ship Terminal. ** Recently updated with new floors, new sofa bed and new kitchen countertops. ** Two portable air conditioners are available in summer, 1 is in the master bedroom, the other is in the 2nd bedroom. Additionally, there are 2 tower fans available in the unit. ** We understand the importance of cleanliness, and we make it our top priority to deliver an exceptionally clean apartment.
** The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower and a bathtub, and a beautiful view of mountain and water.

Great apartment in a great area. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The views were amazing, day and night. Robert was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place!

Perfectly nice apartment with a great view and large windows However a 2 inch long flying insect flew out at my daughter when she first walked into the second bedroom- maybe a cicada-which she did not like. The apartment has very nice windows and gets a lot of sun, but the two AC units aren’t really powerful enough to cool the apartment well on a hot summer day.

Easy to get to, and we were able find plenty to do in the area. Our walk to get to our cruise was short. Loved the view! Clean and tidy.

Our stay in the Gastown area had fantastic views of the harbor. The neighborhood to the west was great, with lots of restaurants. It was close to Canada Place, and had a convenient grocery store within the complex. We appreciated having portable air conditioning units during the hot weather.

Staying with you

We did enjoy staying with you, the location is nice, Clean, Rob is very nice, your cleaning service is very nice too.It will be nice if you able to provide us with some mineral water in the refrigerator.The issue that we feel is when we have to return back the key, since we have to pick all the stuff, plus garbage, put all the stuff and garbage in the car, go to garbage bin,bring our car out and park in front of the building, and we have to return in the building (2 persons) to keep the key back to the apartment. 1 person need to hold the elevator and 1 run to the room to return back the key.It will be nice if we can leave the key with the receptionist, since your cleaning service lady come on time too and she can pick from the receptionist.

Great views, good location

Great apartment on 26th floor, with stunning views. Good having 2 bathrooms, very comfy. Good supermarket underneath building, and lots of eating places close by. Easy walk to Canada Place. Parking a bit tricky as sat nav did not take us to correct place. Entry is off West Cordova St, turn right into lane immediately after Cambie St. We felt quite safe at this location and security to apartment was good. We were advised to avoid East Hastings St, which we did. One bedroom was quite compact to manouver luggage, but still fine with Q bed. Views to harbour from all rooms. Good open living area with good TV. Highly recommended.

Prime Location, Clean & Modern, Spectacular Views

The property is very well maintained and updated. It was clean, and everything was in working order. You can’t beat the spectacular views of the mountains, harbor, and downtown Vancouver. There is even a telescope, which was a nice touch for seeing across the water. The location is perfect right in Gastown, which is such a charming and walkable area with lots of great shops and restaurants, and only about a 10-minute walk from Chinatown in one direction and Canada Place / Cruise Terminal in the other. Robert is an excellent host, responding promptly to all messages. He even let us check in early since we were coming from a cruise ship in the morning. We had a wonderful time visiting, and I’m so glad we chose this location! Highly recommend.

Beautiful views, clean and modern

Loved this place. It was perfect for 3 adults staying for 3 days: great location, gorgeous views, clean and tidy, well stocked. Definitely would recommend to others. Gastown is cool.Only suggestion is to add 1-2 more comfy chairs. Couch is small for 3 adults to share and hang out.

Great view!

We loved the location of this property! We really enjoyed the view of the mountains! It was conveniently located and we found lots of great restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and comfortable.
