***How to use the Key Fob?***
The key fob is a small security hardware device with built-in authentication used to control and secure access.
You will be provided with 2 sets of keys and access devices (key fob) inside the suite. One of the 2 sets will have a larger fob with buttons (this is for parking use), and the other one is a regular fob. Both fobs can be used to access the common areas in the building (e.g. entrance, elevator, pool & gym, garbage room). However, only the larger parking fob can be used to access the underground parking gate.
To use the fobs in the building, simply tap or hold the fob against the sensors to unlock access. To open the parking gate, press the top-right button.

Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi (hot tub), and Gym are located on the 3rd Floor. The key fob is needed when entering. Pool Hours: 6 am-9 pm (10 am-11 am unavailable due to daily cleaning and sanitizing) Gym Hours: 7 am-9 pm (11 am-12 am unavailable due to daily cleaning and sanitizing)

There are 4 Water Alarms in total in this condo to prevent water damage. They are located: below the sink in the kitchen, next to the washer, under the sinks in two bathrooms. Once the alarm detects water, it will keep a loud beeping for 24 hours. If you are lucky enough to hear the sound, please locate the alarm, clean the water on the floor and report to the host and building security immediately.
When you check-in, please find the phone number of the building security in the check-in notice.
There are fire extinguishers inside and outside of the condo, please use them in case of fire.
Please turn off the water and stove when you are not in the condo.

Awesome place! Great host! Condo was beautiful with awesome views. Host was very communicative, extremely helpful, and made the process very easy. Condo was fully equipped, lots of food options within walking distance. Would stay there again! Thank you for the great experience!
We had a great experience staying here! It is in a convenient location and has great views. The unit was clean, and had everything we needed. The free parking made our stay easier too. The owner sent us detailed instructions in advance and was very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to be in downtown Vancouver!
We had a great time and this apartment was the perfect home base for our family of five. Location was right downtown, walkable to Chinatown and across the street from Roger’s arena. The parking space was super useful so we could easily make day trips and not have to worry about parking or daily fees. The owner was very detailed in their instructions and easily reachable for any questions. Thank you!!
Terrific find! We have a family of five so finding something that fits is always a bit tricky. This place had a spot for everyone. The expo line was also right downstairs which was great for getting around town. Merrick was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. We were very pleased with our stay.
