Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding from your backyard. Walk 5 minutes to restaurants and bars and 10 minutes to the beach. Cocoa Beach is not just a beach, there are numerous attractions near by like NASA Space Center or hop on a cruise ship from Cape Canaveral. If you are looking for more excitement you can visit Disney and Universal parks in Orlando, which are about an hour drive. 2 Kayaks, 4 bikes, beach chairs and towels available.
