Coastal Retreat – Spacious Beachside Duplex Sleeps 7! Escape to the ultimate beach getaway in this beautifully renovated coastal duplex, perfectly situated near the water in Cocoa Beach. Designed for comfort and relaxation, this home offers plenty of space to sleep up to 7 guests 1 KING 2 QUEEN 1 TWIN, making it ideal for families or groups looking for a seaside escape. This is a duplex with no shared access both have their own individual entrances.

No Smoking: Our property is smoke-free. Please refrain from smoking inside the house. Violations will result in a cleaning fee.
Pets: Pets are welcome! Please note that there is a $50 additional cleaning fee for bringing a pet. We appreciate your understanding in keeping our home clean for future guests.
Clean Up After Yourself: Please tidy up after your stay. This includes washing any used dishes, disposing of trash in designated bins, and returning items to their original places.
Respect Our Home: Treat our home with care. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you have visitors, please inform us in advance.
