This home sits on a quiet street on the west side of Gunnison, offering guests a quiet respite and easy access to outdoor activities in every season. You'll find plentiful opportunities for hiking, fishing, and boating nearby, including at the Curecanti National Recreation Area 15 miles west. Each winter, the fantastic slopes of Crested Butte (31 miles north) and Monarch Mountain (45 miles east) are an easy day trip away.

This home has a logical layout that gives privacy for the bedrooms and allows carefree socializing in the open floorplan of the kitchen, dining area, and living room all connected; we had fun talking and listening to music while meal prepping. The front porch is like having a bonus room! Both mornings of our stay, we sat on the porch drinking coffee, eating breakfast, reading, and talking. This home is within walking distance of the West Tomichi River Park and is a nice walk. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice home for a long weekend

Was in town for graduation. The house was very clean, beds were confortable, location was good, quiet neighborhood. Loved the daily visits from the local deer! Overall good stay.

Great Stay!

Three days of fly fishing and enjoyment of the sights and sounds of Gunnison. The house was perfect for our needs and we will definitely stay again next summer if available.

Nice Place

Nice place with everything we needed for a quick and easy stay. Communication was great, I was sent all the info in advance and didn’t need anything during our stay. And it was so convenient to have a closet big enough for a pack and play!

Enjoyed our stay! Very affordable and clean place. Will recommend to other visitors. Quiet neighborhood.One of downstairs bedroom windows were not locking, it will be safe to lock them.
