Beautiful, modern, 2,000 sq. ft. home conveniently located in town in Gunnison! Four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. A great basecamp to explore all that Gunnison and Crested Butte have to offer! High end finishes with new carpets in all the bedrooms and new wood floors in the living room. In the winter months, Ski Crested Butte and Monarch from Gunnison! Both ski areas are only 45 minutes away. A short walk to the bus stop that offers a free bus to Crested Butte and the ski area! Also within walking distance to the Van Tuyl trail system and fishing access, downtown, the grocery store, restaurants, the Gunnison Community and Rec Center and Western State University Campus.

Perfect place for a family to stay!

We were in town for a wedding and had a group of seven stay in the house. It was perfect! Clean, space enough for all of us, centrally located , great kitchen supplies and check in was a breeze! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Great Stay in Gunnison

The home was excellent and equipped with everything that we needed! Plus, it’s perfectly located close to town, and it’s a great base camp for all the outdoor activities in Gunnison and the surrounding areas. I would stay here again.

Great Stay in Gunnison

We stayed for Gunnison graduation. The house was great, lots of space and a well stocked kitchen. Easy check in and very responsive to all questions, both before and during our stay!

Great Stay!

Super easy check-in, and super charming home! Host was very easy to communicate with and we all had a wonderful time. We had kids with us and there were even games to keep us entertained! 10/10!

Great base for a getaway

Sightseeing

Was spacious for 6 adults who were traveling together. Enjoyed sitting on the patio area and using the BBQ. Kitchen was well stocked. Property manager Alain was available to bring new batteries for the remote!! Would highly recommend this property. Thanks

2024 Annual Blue Mesa Fishing Adventure in Gunnison

3 night stay. Was like coming home to your own home each night after a good days fishing. Had a great time.

Graduation Central

This is a nice roomy house perfect for three generations to get caught up with one another. Great location has easy access to everywhere you want to go in Gunnison.

Perfect place for 4 friends on Alumni weekend

Great place, nice size bedrooms and beds, perfect kitchen and eating area, tv for football, and outdoor area for grilling and lounging. Very close to town and main street. All the thing you would need were fully stocked and avail. Our host made sure everything was in order for our arrival and provided an alternate contact in case we could not get a hold of him. Overall ten out of ten!

Great Gunnison house

The house is clean and fresh. Perfect for our two families traveling together. The location was perfect for our hockey weekend in Gunni. Well stocked and comfortable linens. Communication with the owner was easy and we were allowed a late checkout which helped our plans getting out of town. We missed having a grill and I would recommend this to the owner.

The house was close to everything in Gunnison - excellent location .

House was clean and refrigerator was stocked with condiments probably left from other guests. Only problem, if you do not know how to use Roku, directions for television would be helpful and if Apple or Hulu or other channels are not available, let the directions note that. Would sign up Vobo on this house again.
