Condominio confortevole 2BR / 2BA in Sea Vista. Questo delizioso resort per vacanze dispone di accesso privato alla spiaggia, due campi da tennis e due piscine private con vasche idromassaggio. Il complesso è recintato con sicurezza sul posto. Ascensore e carrelli di trasporto forniti per comodità al momento del check-in e check-out.

La camera da letto principale ha una vista completa sulla spiaggia con letto king size. Il bagno principale ha una combinazione doccia vasca con accesso privato. Asciugamani, sapone e shampoo sono forniti.

La camera degli ospiti ha due comodi letti full size con bagno separato che può essere chiuso per formare una suite privata per gli ospiti. Asciugamani, sapone e shampoo sono forniti.

Questo condominio senza fumo e pet libero ha pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto.

L'unità è completamente attrezzata e dispone di una lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni complete all'interno dell'unità. Un balcone privato è tutto tuo per goderti ogni alba durante il tuo soggiorno! Un sacco di asciugamani da spiaggia sono forniti così come un completo complemento di sedie, tavole da boogie, galleggianti, ombrelloni e un sacco di giocattoli di sabbia! Abbiamo anche una tenda!

La cucina e la zona giorno completano lo spazio living concept aperto con viste complete sulla spiaggia da ogni angolazione! La cucina ha quasi tutto il necessario per cucinare le catture giorni! Una caffettiera Keurig è fornita.

Ristoranti di pesce di classe mondiale, negozi e uno staff amichevole e cortese di Sea Vista è ciò che rende il nostro condominio lontano da casa. La nostra famiglia lo adora qui e speriamo che troverai che lo ami anche qui!

L'accesso gratuito alla spiaggia privata si trova appena fuori dall'edificio. Tutte le porte sono codificate per l'ingresso sicuro nell'edificio. Troverete che siamo situati sul tratto di spiaggia perfetto per godervi la vostra vacanza. Il Sea Vista si trova tra il parco acquatico al coperto e all'aperto di Schlitterbahn. L'acquisto di biglietti scontati durante l'estate è offerto tramite l'ufficio Sea Vista.

Sea Vista richiede che tutti gli ospiti si registrino in ufficio all'arrivo. Il parcheggio per due veicoli è consentito con questo noleggio e riceverai un permesso di parcheggio dopo il check-in in ufficio. Il traino è applicato.

Summer Family Vacation

Wow, one word explains it all! We had a wonderful stay at SeaVista! Our room had the best view to watch the sunrise every morning! We enjoyed the pool, steps to the beach for a stroll and morning jogs to the jetties! Our hosts were amazing and answered any questions we had promptly. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were amazing! Definitely will be back here again!

Summer Vacation

We met family at South Padre and had a wonderful time on the beach. Our condo was beach themed and had everything that we needed to make our vacation perfect including an ocean view balcony! We highly recommend this property and are looking forward to returning next year!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Very nice beach theme condo. Beautiful balcony view of beach. Nice private beach access walkway. We enjoyed the beach, swimming in the pool and playing tennis. The condo was well stocked with beach and tennis equipment. We would stay here again.

Awesome Island getaway!

Lisa was very helpful and the condo was very well equipped. The south end of the island is a little less trafficked, so it was nice to have plenty of room on the beach. Third floor was perfect...not too high up if you want to take stairs... but not too low that you couldn’t see the whole beach from the balcony. We will stay here again if we get back to SPI.

Well-equipped, clean, convenient condo with breath-taking balcony view

My husband, our two children, and I just concluded our stay at this condo. As noted in other reviews, Lisa indeed is “the hostess with mostest” and the property reflects her attention to aesthetic as well as practical details (eg lots of soft towels, well organized pantry and cupboards, post-it notes). Incredibly easy access to the beach, being at the quieter end of the island, a discount to Schlitterbahn’s Waterpark, and unobstructed views of the ocean are just some of the perks of this lovely condo. We hope to return some October!

Charming condo with amazing view

My two adult daughters and I stayed in Lisa’s condo for 5 wonderful days. The decorations were adorable. The beds were very comfortable and we felt very at home. It was stocked with everything we needed for the beach and cooking. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer. The unit is just steps from the beach and the view is amazing. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We felt very safe while at the property, and the condo management were very helpful. The weather was overcast while we were on our trip, but we still enjoyed ourselves immensely in large part because the condo was so comfortable and the view was so fantastic.

Spectacular!

All the comforts of home plus a spectacular view just steps from the beach. Couldn't be more perfect. Lisa has provided everything to insure you enjoy every moment. We started every morning on the balcony with coffee and ended every evening back on the balcony. We saw the sand castles, spent a day at Port Isabel, took a dolphin cruise and walked on the beach everyday. There is a lot to see and do in South Padre - but the condo is so comfortable, it's hard to tear yourself away. We highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed. The Dunn's

Second time renting this unit

Pro:We love this unit. The tall chairs on the balcony give one an unobstructed view of the gulf for morning sunrises or evening breezes. Had some rainy days so we had to stay inside for a few hours. Nice homey vibe to this condo for our rainy afternoon. The dinner table is an excellent size for games or cards. Con:We were disappointed by some elevator problems which we're sure will be addressed before our next visit.

Really enjoyed our stay. Its on 3rd floor facing the ocean. Saw the sunrise every morning from the balcony. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for cooking our morning breakfast. Water pressure in shower was perfect. Plenty of towels available for our use. Inside temperature was nice and cool. Beds were comfy. Having the beach closet was such a nice perk as well. The host was easy to get in contact with and replied quickly. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful condo and property! Elevator is right near the condo so you are literally steps from putting your toes in the beautiful white sand! Lovely pool and nice hot hot tub! Quiet and super clean. Spacious 2 bedroom with sleeper sofa in living room. The views are amazing! Kitchen has all the necessities and owner was very kind and accommodating. We could not be more pleased! Thank you Lisa!

Spent 4 nights at this location on South Padre Island. The check-in process was easy and office staff were friendly. The grounds and pool were well kept, AC worked good, easy access to the beach and view from the condo was great! Unfortunately that's were it ends. Upon arrival into the condo, it smelled clean and fresh however it seriously needs a good cleaning. There was hair, fake nails and socks left on the floor. Sofas, pillows and furniture were dated and stained. Build up of dirt and dust on the ceiling fans, vents and wall decor. One of the beds had a dead bug stuck on the pillow case. Fortunately there was a washer and dryer therefore we washed all the bedding and linens. Bathroom vanity door was hanging of the hinge and the closet mirror door was broken. In both showers, the water was extremely slow to drain and accumulated in the tub above your ankles. Refrigerator was not cleaned out and trash was left in the pantry. Keurig was dirty and a used kcup left in pod. Overall, the best things about this location were the beach access and ocean view.

Great stay on SPI

A stay facing the ocean on SPI is always going to be a special occasion. We've stayed in several locations with an amazing view on the island, and here were a few of the things that set Lisa's condo apart:1) Gated property and on-site office/security. Felt extremely safe and well managed.2) Washer and dryer in the unit - this is a rare find.3) Homey feel, quality furnishings and lots of little extras (beach towels, puzzles and games, etc). This really does feel like staying in a friend's home.4) The gulf-facing wall is all windows - even if bad weather keeps you inside, as it did for us, you feel like you're on the beach. No restaurant has a view as good as the dining table overlooking the beach here!We hope to stay again.

Great Location!

The condo was in a great location and we were able to walk down the beach to some of the restaurants and attractions on the island. We loved spending the mornings and evenings watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. We were very comfortable in the condo and had everything we needed while we were there. Thanks for a great week on SPI!

Great location and fantastic condo!

We love the location of the Sea Vista condos. This specific condo has to be one of, if not the, nicest condos we have rented here. Clean, well stocked with kitchen and, more importantly, beach chairs, toys, etc. the view from the balcony is amazing. The owner is gracious, attentive and super easy to work with. We can’t recommend this rental enough.

We have been blessed to visit some really beautiful places.
When we vacationed on South Padre Island, we knew immediately that we wouldn't have to go anywhere else. South Padre Island is a neat town with so much to do or nothing to do at all..... you will be amazed!
Our goal is for you to want to return to our unit. We hope that you will tell others about us. But most of all, we hope that you and your family see what we see when you arrive.....a place to call home! If you are here for a few days... or if you are a Winter Texan looking for a place to stay!
