Beach proximity, pool and walking distance to fun things in the area are the best part of this spot! The host was very responsive to messages and questions and very helpful. We would rent again!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and comfortable. The beachfront location was perfect, and it was just a short distance from a few good restaurants and shops. If you enjoy Italian food, TJ's is a must-try while you're there! Chris was an excellent host and was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The experience was smooth from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this rental to anyone visiting IRB!

Chris was great very responsive with problems we had when we first arrived. The property itself outside needs major repair & maintenance, the pictures showed beach balcony views this condo did NOT have any view of the ocean only street and other building views. The hot tub was not even warm same temp as the pool. Wouldn’t stay in this condo again only because we like the view we didn’t have, the location & proximity to beach was great. Chris was helpful and always a message away.
