This renovated beachfront rental is waiting for you to put your feet up and relax! Savor a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning; you're just a few steps away from the beautiful white sand and uncrowded beach where you might see a dolphin or two; there are many activities in the area to choose from; and don't forget the amazing sunsets to be enjoyed!

OVERVIEW

This centrally located vacation rental makes it an ideal location for a family beach getaway.

Shopping and dining are a short walk. The Suncoast Beach Trolley is fun and affordable way to do and see everything along the beach. We are just minutes from Kooky Coconut, John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Pier 60 Park & Playground, Sand Key Park, Beach Art Center, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and much, much more!

THE LIVING SPACE

Our spacious 2300sf - 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, third floor unit with elevator access sleeps 8 comfortably. You will find every room filled with little details that make you feel right at home. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and private bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. A travel crib will be provided, if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your getaway. A small table for more intimate meals and a larger dining table that will seat 12. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas providing you with a view of the beach. The beach will feel like it's at your fingertips when you step out on your balcony, which is accessible from the living room.

A grand living room with space for everyone to relax is also a highlight for this unit. It can comfortably seat everyone in your party whether it's to watch the big game, a fun movie, or play a game. The space is more than adequate to meet all your needs!

There is even a washer and dryer for your convenience. We really have tried to think of everything so that you don't have to. We want this to feel like home for you, so that you can step away from the busyness of your life and just relax. This is ample space for you and your entire family. No worries about stepping on each other’s toes or feeling crowded. And don’t forget, every sunset paints a beautiful picture for you to admire and enjoy as you spend time reflecting on your day.

GUEST ACCESS

There is a storage unit that holds beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys for you and your family. Beach towels are also available in the unit.

Wireless internet provided. There is also a smart TV which gives you access to your Netflix, Youtube, and other online accounts. This is very useful on those not so sunny days at the beach.

Propane BBQ grill available.

There are 2 free parking spaces on site with additional free parking available less than a block away.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

You will find a manual on the kitchen island which includes instructions for the unit, where items are located, restaurants, attractions, Internet password, and many other things you will need.

We are 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from the Clearwater/St. Pete airport.

*Merge onto I-275S for 8.1 miles

*Take exit 30 for County Road 296 W/118th Ave N/Florida 686/Roosevelt Blvd for .2 miles

*Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Pinellas 296 W/118th Ave N for 1 mile

*Keep left at the fork, follow signs for County Road 296/U.S. 19 and merge onto 118th Ave N for 2.4 miles

*Continue onto Bryan Dairy Road for 3.7 miles

*Continue onto Co Rd 296/102nd Ave for 1.9 miles

*Turn right onto 113th St N for 1 mile

Our family of 6 stayed at the Beach Trail house for the entire summer of 2014. What a wonderful experience. The accommodations and amenities of the condo itself are far superior to what you might expect from a “beach house” and the location cannot be beat. If you want a place that is a bit removed from the large hotel riddled and touristy areas of the Tampa Bay Gulf Coast, then this is where you want to stay. The majority of accommodations in the area are smaller condo buildings and private beach houses. There are several great restaurants and cafes near the property. Check out the Salt Rock Grill, or for a casual pizza dinner try Slyce. The Kooky Coconut is great for ice cream after the beach. The condo itself was outfitted with everything you might need for a luxury stay. You even have your own private beach as a back yard. There was Wi-Fi in the condo and a small, private elevator for bringing luggage or groceries from the ground floor parking area. There is a gas grill for cook-outs and the kitchen of the condo is terrific for when you don’t want to eat out. The best part of being on the west coast of Florida is the sunsets, which we watched from the balcony of the condo. It was quite a magical place to stay. Highly recommended.

This was definitely the best place we could have stayed at for our first time at the beach it's a lot more private on the beach than the places down further in the resorts. amazing sunset views and very centrally located to the restaurants and shopping we had a great stay

Great view, great location and wonderful condo

We really enjoyed our time here while vacationing with our grown children. The condo unit is very nice and updated. There were plenty of beach tools and toys in the storage locker. The location is very convenient and we did not even rent a car given the bus system and uber. Easy access to charter fishing, dinner in Clearwater and even a day trip at Universal in Orlando. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. We had a great time.

Just perfect!

Great location, great space, incredibly clean - absolutely wonderful in every respect.

I think another review said the pictures didn't do it justice - true. Every night, we'd watch the sunset from the balcony - then look at our surroundings and talk about how lucky we were to have found this place.

And, I had the opportunity to meet Lynn. Also fabulous. She was responsive, helpful in every respect - and charming.

We couldn't have been more pleased.

Perfect property in a perfect location.

This spacious, well appointed property is the perfect location for your next vacation. Whether you're a couple just looking to get away for a weekend or a large family from out of state, this airy and open condo will fit the bill flawlessly. The views are priceless, the beach and community uncrowded. Close proximity to great restaurants and the livelier Clearwater, should you be seeking some nightlife. The photos in this listing are not only accurate, but do it no justice. I've stayed in several beach houses and condos all along the Gulf of Mexico ...this is, by far, the very best.
