Enjoy the sunshine and calm of this gorgeously updated 3BR/2BA condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico. As soon as you step off the elevator at the 4th floor, stunning views of the beach, palm trees and ocean waves greet you. This home sleeps 8, plus has all the amenities for family relaxation and fun. The Reef Club community provides the ease of private beach access, a heated pool, hot tub, tennis court with pickle ball lines, a BBQ area and plenty of umbrellas and seating to just relax. You don’t need to bring any beach items as everything from beach chairs, a tent, coolers, floats, toys and even a wagon is provided in a first floor closet for convenience to the beach.

Upon entry to the unit, you’ll see an open floor plan and stunning beach views! The living room is a great place to relax after a long day in the sunshine. The attached dining area comfortably seats 8 and makes for easy, at-home meals. From the fully-equipped kitchen, you still have a view of the water while cooking or doing dishes.

The first bedroom feels like a Zen retreat with a Queen bed perfectly positioned to gaze at the ocean in-between pages of your beach read. As you walk down the hall, on the right is the fully equipped kitchen with beautiful stone countertops & backsplash. On the left you’ll find the 2nd bedroom with a king bed, again overlooking the beach. This King room could be considered the primary, as it has a door on the hallway to create the privacy of an ensuite.

The third bedroom has two Queen beds and also has an ensuite with a juliet balcony overlooking the pool deck and beach. Plus, access to the oversized balcony with comfortable couch seating perfect for sunset viewing.

We have stayed in several condos on this property and by far this was the best. The views are amazing, accommodations comfortable, and everything we needed was provided (I’m talking everything from dish detergent/trash bags to wireless speakers, baby equipment, and beach umbrellas/chairs). The decor is great and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our party. Great place for those with kids, you will have to pack very little!!!

Family vacation

One of the best condos that we have stayed in all of our vacations. Clean, well stocked with towels, laundry pods, toilet paper, dishes, utensils, etc. The coffee station is just the best added touch. Communication with the owner and the amenities on property and in the condo are hands down just wonderful. A superb supply of beach equipment in a whole separate storage area was in the garage. So happy to not get as much sand in the condo not having to bring all the beach equipment in there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Check in couldn't have been easier. Owners are very professional and polite. We received everything we needed in advance and everything worked perfectly. Keyless check in and access to the unit. Kitchen was fantastic. First VRBO we have stayed in with an air fryer. Dishwasher is whisper quiet and ice maker worked awesome. Waffle maker was really appreciated! This property did everything right. The attention to detail is present in every room. One of the best spots we have ever been on IRB.

We needed a relaxing family beach trip and it was so much more!!! The condo was gorgeous, spacious and accessible for our 12 year old daughter who is disabled and in a wheelchair. Plenty of room for 3 adults, 1 19 yr old and 12 year old. the views were spectacular. The owners could not have been sweeter or more attentive!! All of the earlier reviews say it all. This condo was perfect for our vacation. It was plenty spacious for our family of seven. We were traveling with my two granddaughters, one of which is only 22 months. It's obvious that Sean and Laura have given a lot of thought into what it's like to travel with children. Everything we could possibly need was available, which made our vacation so much easier. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The bathrooms, kitchen and laundry were amply stocked with supplies. The grounds are well maintained, and the views are gorgeous. We loved staying here and hope to do so again.

Perfect Beachfront Condo with Incredible Views and Thoughtful Host!

We had an incredible stay at this condo right on Indian Rocks Beach! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed – there was even a bottle of wine waiting for us! The condo was beautifully decorated, with an interior design that made it feel both stylish and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, including games, pickleball equipment, and all the essentials. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This One Deserves More than 5 Stars

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beach condo with fabulous views of the ocean from every room and a bohemian vibe. It was decorated SO cute with attention to every last detail. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, all the amenities and the comfiest furniture. We were ready to move in! The unit is walking distance to tons of restaurants and cafes, plus the pool and beach are steps away. You can check in and never need a car as everything is right there. Plus, tennis/pickle ball courts and corn hole!? You can fill weeks with the activities that are on site. The check in and check out process was so easy. It was a truly magical experience, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway.

The Perfect Family Stay!

We have 5 young children ages 3-8. We are always looking for a place to stay that makes life easy. The condo was absolutely beautiful, we felt totally spoiled. There we delicious coffee and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were beautiful. There were basic condiments awaiting us in the fridge which totally came through in a pinch when we had forgotten syrup! Laura was so kind and so responsive to every message, she made our stay so easy and so pleasant. The views were spectacular. The pool, hot tub, turf area with yard games, short walk to the beach, and tennis/pickle ball created so many fun opportunities for the kids. Everyone in the complex was so welcoming and so friendly. We would 100% love to stay here again and will absolutely recommend this property to friends and family! Don't miss your opportunity!!

Sunset Sanctuary - Exceeded Expectations

We were very impressed with the property being extremely clean and nice convenient location. It was beautifully decorated and done first class. The amenities were all there from a quality easy to use wine corkscrew, which is important as you relax and take in all the comfort. Great beverage bar, various tea selections, abundant coffee Keuric selections or the ability to brew a whole pot of your own favorite coffee. Also basic cooking seasonings and oils, kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation, really everything we needed to feel like we were at home. Great access to pool, hot tub, quite sitting and play area with huge shade umbrellas all gated and secure areas for everyone’s safety. You simple walk straight out onto a beautiful beach and can also enjoy a beautiful sunset. As a host Laura wants to make you are well taken care of and overly satisfied with your stay. I am kind of going a bit long here but I guess it is because I enjoyed our stay so much and would stay again whenever we get an opportunity.

Girls Getaway

My sister and I and our grown daughters (ages 40 & 26) along with a granddaughter (age 12) enjoyed four nights at this beautiful condo. The owners were amazing. I can not say enough great things for this property. It was so clean and felt like home as soon as we arrived. They have so many extras at the property. They have everything you need to have a great time while you are there. The coffee bar was amazing (and I don't even drink coffee. My sister, her dauther and granddaughter all loved everything about the coffee bar. The items in the storage unit in the garage for the beach were all amazing. We just loved the view from the 4th floor gulf view. It was a beautiful stay and very relaxing. It is on such a great area of the beach. The pool area is nice. We have stayed at the Reef Club before but this unit is even more beautiful and so clean. It is beautifully decorated and welcoming as soon as you walk in. We didn't really have any issues with anything. We did reach out regarding a question while we were there. The hosts/owners responded immediately. I also reached out prior to booking. This is an amazing property. We will definitely be back with more of our family. Thanks to the amazing hosts!

WOW!! Book immediately because this place is a GEM!

Laura’s place in the quaint town of IRB is everything you would dream of in a beachfront stay, and more! The view: Even your walk up to the condo gives you the most incredible oceans views, but once inside you will never want to leave. Not only does the balcony face the ocean, but the primary bedroom does too! We spent so much time sipping coffee on that balcony listening to the ocean waves. The Amenities- they didn’t miss a detail with this condo. The decor is gorgeous, comfy beds, the kitchen well stocked, the coffee bar even has mugs to enjoy your coffee on the beach for those early AM walks. They have thought of every detail for those traveling with kids, too. One of my favorite detail is the closet full of every beach item you could possibly imagine, on the first floor (tent, chairs, cabana, boogie boards, beach toys, wagon, and even puddle jumpers, parents! :) ) This part was genius because you don’t have to lug anything up and down from the room. Location- super walkable, you can enjoy walking to restaurants, ice cream, etc. The condo is in prime location with its own beach access, private pool and even tennis courts. Our days were a nonstop rotation of all three of these. The kids had an absolute blast, and parents too! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your piece of paradise! We will be back! :)

Hi there! I grew up in an adventurous, travel-obsessed family and would like to carry that on with my children. Our little family of four loves to explore new places and meet people who live differently than we do. Our kids are already expert hikers at four and six years old and enjoy learning about the places we’re visiting. They also love the water and are learning to snorkel for underwater exploration.
Staying in a VRBO provides us with a place to relax and live like a local wherever we are. We hope to continue our adventures as a family and with our pup (if possible).

Our family lives full-time in Indian Rocks Beach. We love it so much that we want to share it with others. The Sunset Sanctuary property is quite special because it has beach and ocean views from every room.
