This beach condo is located near main street in North Myrtle Beach. The complex is just steps away from beach access. You will enjoy being in a quiet area removed from larger crowds while still minutes away from the ocean, shopping, restaurants, attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer.
The Space:
Wake up to stunning ocean views in this beautifully maintained 3rd-floor condo at the sought-after Tilghman Beach & Racquet Club. This retreat offers the perfect blend of coastal comfort and resort-style living-just steps from the sand. Breathtaking views from two private balconies. Sip your morning coffee on the screened balcony off the living room while watching the waves roll in, or retreat to the primary suite's private screened balcony for a peaceful ocean-view escape. Natural light floods the open living and dining area through a charming skylight, creating an airy, inviting atmosphere. Thoughtfully designed living, the spacious layout features three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. A dedicated utility room with full-size washer and dryer adds convenience, while the well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Convenient elevator access means no hauling luggage up the stairs-just an easy ride to your floor. Resort-Style Amenities Enjoy pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor grilling areas without ever leaving the property. The building's elevator makes it easy to get to the beach and back, whether you're loaded down with chairs and coolers or simply prefer a leisurely trip. Unbeatable Location Walk across the street to the beach or stroll two blocks to Main Street's vibrant shops, restaurants, and nightlife. World-class golf is just minutes away.
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: Complex elevator - 3rd floor. Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Access to large balcony via sliding door doors.
Bedroom 1: Balcony access! Queen bed.
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Beautiful shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (twin & queen)
Bathroom 3: Half bathroom.
Balcony: Spacious!
Complex Amenities: Open seasonally at HOA discretion. Complex grilling area.
Beach: Short stroll over to our beautiful beach.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex.
The Neighborhood:
North Myrtle Beach! Roughly 30-35 minutes to MYR airport.
Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform
Max guest count is 7.
No pets allowed.
Routine Pest Control happens monthly. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
