Family and pet friendly spacious condo in a safe & pristine gated community. Outdoor pool, sand volleyball, tennis, putting green, playground and gym. Four minute drive to beach (multiple public beach access parking areas available), 2 minute drive to Arcadia golf course and dining.
First bedroom has a private entrance with private bathroom and walk in closet. Closet contains an iron and ironing board, a high chair, pack and play, and a child size table with four chairs. The room has two chairs and a television.
Second bedroom has two queen size beds, walk in closet and television along with entrance to second bathroom.
Third bedroom is the Carolina room which has a full size sofa bed and desk with chair. There is a toy box with various children games. The room is separated from living room with French doors. Blinds can be lowered to provide privacy.
The living room has a queen size sleeper, television with cable, and a separate entrance to bathroom. A wet bar with wine glasses separates living room and kitchen.
The kitchen is stocked with high quality amenities including Pfaltzgraff dishes, cooking utensils, blender, mixer, pots and pans, casserole dishes, sheet pans, cutting boards,
basic spices, and Keurig coffee maker. First morning coffee, tea and cream is provided. The table seats four and we have a set of large heavy duty TV trays.
The closet in entryway contains 4 nautilus beach chairs, one child beach chair with umbrella, an all terrain rolling ice chest, beach towels, tennis rackets, tennis balls, and a volleyball.
Full size washer and dryer are located in hall between living room and first bedroom. Starter laundry detergent provided.
Both bathrooms have towels, wash clothes, starter amounts of soap, shampoo and sunscreen. A hair dryer is located in first bathroom.
