SLEEP 10-Allow 12 3br/2ba Golf & Pool-BROADWAY @ THE BEACH #766033

Condo is located in Myrtlewood Villas.

We do allow up to 12 people in the condo. Our base rate is for 8 people. 9-12 are $30 per person per day.

Master bedroom has a king and a twin
Bedroom # 2 has 2 twins
Bedroom #3 has 2 twins.
There are 2 Pull out couches in living room and a large couch And 2 additional twin mattresses with platform frames that can be set up anywhere.

All appliances are new stainless steel. The condo has hardwoods throughout with rugs in each room. This condo is in mint condition! This is an end unit on the 2nd floor - It has a bay window in the living room for more daylight. Nice new blinds throughout.
It overlooks pool #3 and the beautiful #13th hole on Pine Lakes Golf Course.



The minimum age to rent my condo is 25 years old. Please do not reach out to me about renting my condo unless you are 25 or older. The person renting and paying for the condo will need to be one of the guests at the condo. They are responsible for the condo and the guests they bring while staying.

1700 sq feet 3 br 2ba with ELEVATOR IN BUILDING!

We have it priced comparable to many 2 bedrooms but it is actually a 3 BR. IT IS A SUPER DEAL!
It has a beautiful large kitchen and living room. There is a semi private pool steps from your balcony. THIS IS THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER CONDO IN MYRTLEWOODS. It has what amounts to your own "back yard". The pool is right outside the balcony. Parents can sit on the balcony and supervise the kids at the pool. If you stay in other condos, you have to walk a good distance to a pool. The condo overlooks #13 green on Pine Hills Golf Course. It is 1.2 miles from the beach (and public parking with beach access) Broadway at the Beach is a mile away, and all the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife that makes Myrtle Beach the perfect vacation spot! You can sit on your balcony after a day at the course or beach and watch the golfers go by. Nightly and weekly rates are available. 1.5 miles from the PGA Superstore, and Captain George's seafood buffet.




Myrtlewoods is always in great shape and a prime location.

*Buses, motorcycles, RV's, boats and trailers are not permitted by HOA regulations.
*Violation of the no-smoking/ no-pet policies will result in forfeiture of the security deposit as well as extra cleaning fees. I do have Ring Doorbell and Ring camera on the balcony. All rules will be enforced.

ALL SMOKING MUST BE DONE IN THE GRASS COMMON AREA. NOT ON MY BALCONY OR IN MY DOORWAY!!

Our blended family really enjoyed staying in this condo. There was plenty of room for all of us, great access to the attractions nearby. The kids loved the pool that was just out the back door of the unit. Would highly recommend staying here!

Enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night!!

We loved it! The fully stocked kitchen was a major plus!!! We were able to cookout on the grill located right outside the property next to the pool (which saved a ton of money). The pool is in a great location. The owners were quick to respond to my messages! It was just enough space for our family of 12 (Ages - 4 month old twins, 10yr old twins, 8, 14, 17, 19, 20, 21,44 & 48), we used a pack and play for the babies, everyone else had a bed and were very comfortable. The location is within 7-15mins of all major attractions. We will for sure stay again!

Another great month in Myrtle Beach

The condo was once again clean and well stocked to begin our monthly stay. The location is near the pool and offers a quiet balcony to enjoy the view of the golf course. We especially enjoy the comfy beds and living room furniture and the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival.

Why they chose this property

This property is in immaculate condition. The bedroom suits are brand new. It is the best location in Myrtlewoods. It is right on top of the biggest pool, overlooks the golf course, and trash dumpsters are within walking distance. These condos are also the closest to the Cal Ripken baseball fields, and central to EVERYTHING!
