Dreaming of a beach vacation, love the feeling of sand between your toes & listening to the music of the waves? YES! Broadkill Beach is exactly where you need to be!! The Sandbox is located on a quiet street just steps from Broadkill beach. Enjoy your coffee in the large 3 season porch or take it go and stroll along the shore collecting treasures. Bring your pup along as this is a pet friendly beach! In the evening, build a fire right on the beach and take in the colorful sunset.

First floor unit. Sleeps 6 (1 double bed, 2 twins, 1 Futon), 3 Season Porch, fully stocked kitchen and full bath. 2 dinning areas. Free Wifi & Roku TV. Short walk to the public beach. Parking for 2 cars.

Guests have full access to first floor of the home.
This is a 2 unit home. Both units will have access to the following shared items: Outdoor Shower, Propane Grill, Shed

Locked workshop at the rear of the house is private and off limits.

Hello! It's so nice to meet you! Karen & Kaylyn here! We are a mother daughter duo from Central New York & Maryland and we are beyond thrilled to host you here in Broadkill Beach! Our story goes back to 2020 when we were looking for a beach vacation spot, but with the current state of the world, we needed someplace were we could go to relax and spend time reconnecting with our family in a quiet area. Tricky part was we didn't want to drive more than 6 hours! We did a quick search and randomly found this beautiful, amazing area! We enjoyed our time here so much, that we wanted to be part of the community and so we purchased this home! Our goal and heart is to allow our family and many other families the opportunity to enjoy this little slice of heaven.
